I have no idea why we need to give china $1.3M to study something regarding coal methane pollution. I will say though that China's industrial waste in the form of air pollution is coming ashore in the Pacific NW. Anything intended to reduce that should at least be considered. That said, we are going to regret our current trade policy with that country in my opinion.Sad as it is....We won't let this happen to China because "we care".

I cant believe Michigan and Massachusetts are the only states where the Governor is exempt from releasing e mails and other Office documents under the Freedom of Information Act. I wonder if this includes the FBI and Department of Justice investigations? Somehow i dont think so. The truth will come out soon about what he knew and when he knew it. FBI doesnt play games. There has got to be something there for them to even begin an investigstion.
