The police are not legally obligated to protect you. Without the military you wouldn't be able to listen to lil wayne because you would be to busy working in a slave labor camp. without the U.S. military and all of the battles fought you lil wayne and i might have never even been born.
I don't care if they are legally obligated to protect me or not, get off the coke dude. Because the simple fact of the matter is, obligated or not, THEY DO IT! It doesn't matter if they aren't legally obligated, what does matter is if they do it, right? An they do. So how can anyone dispute that fact?
Please show me a story in which a police officer sat down & watched a women get raped because he was not "legally" obligated to protect her. Please. Please show me a story where a police officer watched a man get murdered & did nothing because he was not legally obligated, please. I'm not talking rare stories either, I want to see daily stories in which this happens all the time... because it doesn't. Like I said, the military has done stuff for us, because all of my family has served. I already said that, did I not? What I did say although, was the current Iraq war was pointless, I even said the Afghan one I could understand. Meaning, everything that happened in the past, WWI, WWII, etc, was all done for our freedom & I know that.
