underground command post....is possibly no more.......if UA can concentrate in these two areas as well as Kursk....they might be able to take them...

well seems someone is getting really desperate, ol Pooty and his gang a facist misfits decided to launch an ICBM, possibly medium range at Dnipro (it's got about a million people in it)
these are very expensive to use, while this one isn't nuke tipped, imo it's a sign of desperation on the Russian side....
