I totally agree with you Brewer.

Looking great GD. I think this is a perfect time for you to flip with the size space you have. Might still get cramped.. but in a good way.

Flipped on Sunday and counted that as day 1 so today makes day 5. If I was supposed to wait one light cycle and then start, this is day 4; what do you guys do? They are stretching as I expected, 3 are about 15-16" and the one is only up to 10" or so. She is the last picture of this bunch. To look at her, she seemed to be a little dry and brittle on one side and more healthy on the other. She has been the closest to one of my oscillating fans and that is the side that seems to be getting desiccated. I have moved the fan and repositioned the other so she is not getting so much constant wind and we'll see if that helps. It was pretty close and had her flapping pretty good 24/7. Temps are holding at 75F during lights on and down to 66F lights off. I use the cool mist humidifier lights on to maintain humidity of 38-41%. The humidity was going to between 45-50% lights out, so I ran my dehumidifier the last two cycles to see what setting did best. Continuous on got me to 31% and the next setting that would turn on/off got me to 35% lights out last cycle. I want to run it during flower to help with mold, what do you guys think lights out max humidity should be? I've got good air movement with the fans so I'm thinking if I can keep it in the 30's% humidity I should have no mold issues. I'm trying to think what it would be like outside in the fall and simulate that. I watered 2 days ago with 1 liter each and they were pretty dry after 2 days; pots were nice and light. Gave them a good soak with 2 liters each today (water and epsom salts for some mag.) Last feeding was on flip day, next probably Saturday. Runoff PH tested between 6.2 and 6.5; thanks Kite for the help getting that up. Being my first grow that I've ever gotten to this point, I'm pleased and only hope for the success of PuffDat, LG, A & C, and Mechanical with their C'99s.

Kite: If you're still in Vegas, I'm jealous as hell. :p

PD: Veg went quick, now I don't want to screw up the flower.

Brewer7: Thanks and I owe the topping to Uncle Ben and everyone's wisdom here. It has been a good decision. Good luck with yours and happy cloning. Be patient, the first 3 weeks are SLOW.

Pitt: Thanks again. I hope to keep them good looking for about another 7 weeks. Interesting recipe too.

TC: Thank you and I hope so.

Dragon: Stay tuned and we'll see. I found your thread and sub'd it too. Always looking for info from the experts. Good luck with your plans.

A & C: Thanks. I had to flip with only 430W, couldn't wait too long.

Wow they look amazing! I didn't even realize that you could top that early. I am always hesitant because it looks like you are killing the plant....when in reality that's not the case at all. I will definitely by trying some C99 for my next grow. Keep up the great work!

Thats what is so great about so many people growing one strain at once. So many different things to try and use. But one thing that is a constant is what the plant likes and dislikes. I agree with Puffy, that top plant is stellar. If there was one that I could take a clone from it would be her. Perfect structure, and nice thick stems. They are all going to do great, but she is the cream of the crop so to speak. No Pun Intended :)

#3 is sexy too.

PD and A&C: She is a beautiful girl, the photos don't do her justice. I hope for the best with all four; stay tuned.

Caddy: I topped her above the second node 3 weeks ago yesterday so this has all happened in that time. I wish that I would have been in a position to take a couple of clones; that biggest plant is some sweet genetics.

thanks man, they seem to have all responded well to it ,although each of them has responded differently ,with plant 1 loving it ,plant 3 forming an interesting structure, plant 2 not sure if she likes it or not one side maybe going to need lst'd and plant 4 seems to be the runt of the pack but still has bushed out nicely. It will be very interesting to see how these girls shoot up now in flowering.I would be concerned about plant 2's unevenness.

GD, your plants are looking amazing! I love the node spacing! This is going to be a fantastic grow! Wish I could just snap my fingers and have buds appear.

GD looking good bro! They have really shot up, and like Puff said it is interesting seeing how differently they each reacted to the topping. They sure look nice and healthy, its gonna be great to see them start budding up, I'm sure you're more then ready for that!

You asked about how we count days and such. I just posted my views on this the other day so I figured I would just link you the thread. This can be a controversial subject at times, but its the same as anything else with growing, each person does things a little different. Heres the link though https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/628895-flowering-time-calculated-3.html

PD, it's the way she was turned when I took the picture. Looking at her yesterday, her colas are even. Next photos, I'll turn all 4 so that the main colas are to the side like the #1 photo. Number 4 is the runt for sure but she's green and growing.

Thanks for that thread link TC. I have heard both opinions too and the reason I was wondering if I should count 1 light cycle as day 1 or the day of flip is because the consensus here seems to be a day 52 chop for Cindy rather than a resin gland/pistil based chop. So with it being a specific day count rather than using your judgement, which day is day one?

Welcome back Kite, hope you had a great trip. I fed the day of flip and again yesterday. FloraGro and FloraMicro with an N-P-K of 7-1-7. Next feed will be starting week three of stretch and I'm thinking I'll start introducing a higher P then by going with FloraBloom and Flora Micro for a 5-5-5. I may also add a weak bit of Gro in as well (1/2 ml). The stretch after one week has been about 8" on the biggest one. If you think I should wait until week three of stretch is complete to up the P, let me know.

GD I guarantee there is no one that will be able to tell the difference if you harvested some at 50 and some at 56 and a little every day in between. The only way you would ever tell the difference between the samples is with a tester. I guess all I'm saying is I wouldn't sweet it, especially if your really only talking about a 24hr difference.

With regards to the feed, I think if they are still happy and green I would leave it alone. I believe the high P is supposed to encourage more stretch.

I agree with you somewhat TC. Each strain is different and you really need to look at what is going on with the plant. This strain according to others who have run it and have the knowledge is more day critical according to posts in this thread and other C'99 grows. I won't be able to chop on the exact day 52 anyway. Looks like 53 or 54.

The high P nutes are supposed to cause more stretch as I understand it. Adding the Bloom would up the K but would up the P too. I'll keep an eye on the stretch and decide next feed. They do look healthy, as long as they don't show a deficiency it doesn't really matter does it?

I have read alot of grow reports on c99 and 52 -56 days is the most it will ever need.Mine will deffinitely be ready at 52 judging by the red hairs i got already and the sample i took the other day.I emailed female seeds before to and asked should i take it to 60 or so ..they said no deffinitly 7- 8 weeks.Bros grimm advertised it as 50 days i think and fs use their stock.. 52 -55 i would say perfect
