Vote Know on Prop 19!!!

I think any step in the right direction is a step. Yes it's not a perfect start, but like someone says, we'll wait forever for that. So let 'em put some limits on to start with. Once they see that the entire of civilization as we know it isn't going to collapse from all the stoners once its 'legal', the the job places wont become crazy hippy parties and that car's won't be piling up like pancakes....then it will be much easier to expand it. Most of the folks I know would rather smoke then drink, and all of them are voting yes. A start is a start... A tiny foot in the door. And it's just scare tactics to say it will change things for the med folks.

I find it disheartening that folks who smoke for recreational or relaxation purposes would vote no on this first chance to get it started. A law can always be changed, but for goodness sakes.. the economic and legal ramifications for positive change should be grabbed whole hog! Yes it may not be what we want. but then again.. it IS a starting point.

I am 3rd generation 'water brother' (as my uncle called those of us that used cannabis instead of alcohol) . My grandma made brownies in the 70's for her arthritis, my dad was very successful lockheed engineer, as was my uncle and I've had a very good run myself. I'm very glad that I only use cannabis and don't drink. The drinkers in the family are all dead, but the potheads are still alive, kicking and living happy lives and professionally successful. I see no reason to vote no.

So I, and all my family and friends, are voting a emphatic YES!

you know what is really stupid? 0 sq ft

the one ounce limit is only for what you carry around.

i find it ironic that that people who proudly exclaim they will vote 'know' don't actually know shit about prop 19. i have not seen it from you, mrstickyscissors, but many people here believe that 19 will overturn 215. desn't matter how much evidence i present them that expicitly states otherwise....they "know"

if you keep waiting around for a bill that lets you have 100 pounds, you'll be waiting forever. not that it seems like you would mind that, seeing as how you seem to be more than enamored with keeping cannabis illegal so long as it works to your financial advantage.

people are putting millions of dollars on the line to make cannabis legal. what have you done to help make cannabis legal?
look. I dont care if it becomes legal or not. I will allways have ways to make cash. im not hating one bit on it becoming legal but yeah I do like to make money on herb who wouldnt? so either way fuck it I will still make money.

that goes directly against what you've been saying this whole time. you stated that if it were legal, you would move your family to the east coast and that it would be a very sad day for you.

if it passes my wife, kids and I are moving to the east coast. im going to bring a couple clones get mothers going and set up tell they legalize it over there.
if they legalize it im going to stare at my 6 pounds of purp and think back when it was worth a pile of cash. that will be a sad day for me
obviously, everyone likes money, if for no other reason then just to get by without having to wipe your ass with an oak leaf while living nomadically in the woods cloaked in deer skin and foraging meals from the nearest trash can or fishable stream.

however, what you have continually expressed is a desire to make easy money on the back of prohibition. you have expressed zero interest in taking advantage of legalization and getting a license for commercial production and making money that way. what you have talked about over and over again is how much better it is to take advantage of prohibition for your own ends.

please don't tell me you don't care if it is legal or not or that you have nothing against it being legal when your own words clearly show the exact opposite to be true. it is like shitting in my hand and telling me it is shitting out.

I really dont care if its legal or not. and yeah moving to the east coast is really an option. I went to prison for 2 years and its very hard for me to get a job right now. not to mention I have 4 kids not cheap. I do what ever I can do to make a dollar and have been gud at it so far. nothing to be ashamed of. never have hated on anyone, I sell my weed for a fair price. I even help other peoples families eat by fronting weed for them to make money. so its cool for sumone rich to start a factory and make money off it but for me to come up god forbid? its selfish right? not arguing just not sure what you are trying to prove. are you saying I have done nothing to help support legalizing weed? wont argue with you there I sure have not. do I care if it becomes legal sure dont that would be a hater ass move and thats what I am not. would I be sad If I my 6 pound purple crop was worth peenuts uhhh yeah I think so.
