Voidlings First Cab

That's what it seems like. I always read it was supposed to take weeks to root if left in water. I'll see in a few days if those are root bumps or not.
 
So two stems seem to be covered in white bumps. They are both in a water glass.

They seem to be the thickest two cuts I took. Could it just be e cuts I take are not thick enough?
 
No, because they say the thicker the cut, the longer it takes too root. Newly vegged cuts are preffered, or new growth. Cuts from the meristem, like topping for a cut root the fastest. Are you doing the basics like citting at a 45degree angle or scraping the firsy layer of "skin" off of the area, i make little slits in the stems and in rapid rooters i get big thick root's. i would try some kind of rooter and then transplant it inside your system .
 
I cut them and stick them in a cup of water. When I have enough cuts I take them one at a time and put the stem in water, cut the 45 and scrape. Then sit the cut in cloning mix for a few moments then stick in cloner.

I'm not sure how much or little to actually scrape though
 
It may, it's good for the disk to get a rest too. You'll get them roots! Maybe add some superthrive to the tank and fog it up?
 
The aquarium start zyme looks like it helped clear up my outdoor fish pond. Hopefully the top up didn't kill off the bacteria
 
Not near enough I'm afraid. I took a summer break then decided to try hydro. Now having cloning issues.

I got 5 cuts to root in my shallow water culture but my timer isn't working right. Will be a small harvest I'm sure.

How have you been and what are you up to?
 
caught some charges for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, recently fought a forest fire with my feet. ahah so i got some pretty bad burns on my leg 3rd and 2nd. just started a reveg project while i wait for my new beans
 
I bet you'll have a permanent reminder not to play with fire.

I picked up some dzo and myco to brew up with the aquashield
 
Damn that is such bad luck. What did you do? Break a mirror? Spill salt? Black cat crowds your path? Walk under a ladder? All the above at once?
