I'm looking for -29.9hgIf it's mason jars you can just set them in hot tap water for 5 min then screw on the seals and lids tight and the vacuum that forms when they cool will seal it up fine. Doesn't have to be boiling hot water like when you use a canner. just use a new seal with each jar. Your pot must be worth that much.
