yeah, orange dummy already fucked himself.......this by the gag order.....yep

Prosecutor II: Your Honor, we seek to move for an order to show cause why Defendant should not be found in contempt of court. We ask for $1000 for each of 3 posts, and that the Court order the Defendant to take down the post, and future posts could result in jail

Prosecutor II: There is a Truth Social post past 9 am this morning, quite possible sent while in this courthouse, with a photo of Michael Cohen calling him a serial perjurer, a shame for the NY courts.

Justice Merchan: List the 3 violations.

Prosecutor II: There's the post praising Michael Avenatti's post... And one of Stormy Daniel's previous statements denying the affair. And another one about a former prosecutors, and "MAGA 2024." He has violated the order.

and with that, is a clear violation of the gag order......imo i would like to see him in a jail cell for at the least 24hrs...this way he can get used to his new surroundings......

New York judge says Trump can’t attend Supreme Court arguments on presidential immunity
The New York judge overseeing former President Trump’s hush money trial said Monday that Trump cannot attend arguments at the Supreme Court next week over presidential immunity.

It came after the judge earlier delayed a decision on allowing Trump to attend his son Barron’s high school graduation in May.

The attempts by Trump to take off certain days of his hush money trial that is expected to last weeks, if not months, came as the first day of trial was officially underway in Manhattan.

The decision to not allow Trump to be in Washington, D.C. on April 25, when the Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments on a presidential immunity claim Trump is making in his federal criminal case, came just before the New York trial adjourned Monday.

“Arguing before the Supreme Court is a big deal, and I can certainly appreciate why your client would want to be there, but a trial in New York Supreme Court … is also a big deal,” Judge Juan Merchan said to Trump lawyer Todd Blanche, rejecting his request to let the former president play hooky.

“I will see him here next week,” the judge added.

Under New York state law, Trump is required to attend the entirety of his trial unless he gets special permission from the judge to skip.

After court adjourned for the day, Trump suggested the Merchan believes he is “superior” to the Supreme Court for preventing him from attending the high court’s oral arguments.

The former president also accused Merchan of preventing him from attending his son Barron’s high school graduation in May. The judge declined to rule one way or another on the matter earlier Monday, but did not outright deny granting the former president the ability to attend the event.

“I was looking forward to that graduation with his mother and father there,” Trump told reporters. “It looks like the judge isn’t going to allow me to escape this scam. It’s a scam trial.”

In his remarks outside the courtroom, Trump also blasted Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) for attending the trial all day, suggesting that outside the courthouse people are being “mugged and killed all day long.”

The first day of Trump’s first criminal trial primarily dealt with outstanding legal matters, only turning to jury selection following an afternoon lunch break.

Trump is accused of 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection with a hush money payment his ex-fixer, Michael Cohen, made to porn actress Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election to cover up an alleged affair. He has pleaded not guilty and denies the affair.

Jury selection is expected to resume Tuesday and could last several days or perhaps weeks.

It sounds like he's looking forward to attending with his son's mother and father.

Trump says hush money judge is running ‘rough shod’ over his lawyers
Former President Trump complained Tuesday morning that the judge handling his hush money trial in New York City was “running rough shod” over his legal team and bemoaned a gag order that has restricted what he can say about witnesses in the case.

Trump took to social media to rip Judge Juan Merchan, without naming him, just before the former president headed back to the courthouse for the second day of his trial.

“This conflicted, Trump Hating Judge won’t let me respond to people that are on TV lying and spewing hate all day long. He is running rough shod over my lawyers and legal team,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “The New York System of ‘Justice’ is being decimated by critics from all over the World. I want to speak, or at least be able to respond. Election Interference! RIGGED, UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL! Take off the Gag Order!!!”

Trump’s diatribe followed an at times contentious first day of proceedings in his hush money trial, where he is facing 34 counts of falsifying business records related to reimbursements to his then-fixer, Michael Cohen, who paid adult film actor Stormy Daniels $130,000 just before the 2016 election to stay quiet about an alleged affair with Trump, which the former president denies.

Assistant District Attorney Chris Conroy said Trump in three recent Truth Social posts violated a gag order imposed by Merchan barring him from attacking witnesses, prosecutors, court staff and the judge’s family.

Conroy asked that Trump be fined $1,000 for each post and be reminded he can be jailed if he continues violating the gag order. The judge did not immediately rule on the request following a court break in proceedings. He opted instead to set an April 23 hearing date where he’ll hear arguments on the prosecution’s ask.

Trump and his team also clashed with Merchan after the judge did not immediately agree to allow Trump to miss court to attend his son Barron’s high school graduation in May. Under New York state law, Trump is required to attend the entirety of his trial unless he gets special permission from the judge to skip.
