He might testify too, and they won't mention that to the public yet. All these death threats to everybody involved in trying Trump will have consequences when the BOP decides what to do with Trump for the rest of his life. He has a large armed domestic terrorist following and must be kept in a maximum-security facility, like any other terrorist. The judge sentences him, but the federal BOP determines where and how he does his time, and the security of their staff must be considered too. If the democrats win useful majorities in 24, one of their bills will be to remove secret service protection from people in federal custody, Donald might have his security taken care of by a special detail of federal prison guards in a corner of a maximum-security prison, democrats in congress will howl about any special treatment and so will citizens.

oh testifing is definitely on the table, he' has too for his plea deal to go through, now who he testifies against is a whole nother question mark

Is that specified in the plea deal?
Informants almost never testify in court. Any defense attorney worth their salt can easily discredit an informants testimony in the eyes of the jury by simply stating that it is the testimony of an informant and skewed in the face of self interest. An informants job is to provide evidence that assist in the investigation

There are federal computer crimes involved here too and they carry serious time, so Jack has got them by the balls too for his DC case. These are the primary links in the chain for a serious part of the conspiracy and they have them cold on early pleas or convictions with an early trial. They will all point the finger at Trump and his cronies, Rudy is broke, and might flip too, next stop Trump.

They probably don't need them, they must confess to their crimes to get a plea deal, those confessions will be entered into the court transcript and read to the jury, they can be backed up by testimony if required. Jack also has some of these people for serious federal computer crimes for accessing those voting machines and there is a DC trial coming up too. There is a ton of evidence and witnesses for all counts against Trump, the kingpin and his cronies.

Right up the food chain to Trump, Rudy is broke, and needs a deal, Trump is being sued out of existence in NY over tax fraud and the trial starts Monday to figure out how much, bets are $600 million, $250 is the minimum amount. Donald might not have a lot of spare cash in a few months when they start seizing and selling his NY properties and paying off the creditors before pocketing the rest. He could be bankrupted, disqualified and convicted, a hattrick! Disqualified in December and convicted in DC this spring and bankrupted when they start selling off his properties and exposing his wealth, or lack of. Usually in Florida your personal residence is exempt from lawsuit payouts, but Trump lives in his businesses and they will be soon be under the control of a receiver. Donald and his two sons could be bankrupt, broke and homeless, until state or federal housing can be arranged. From the Whithouse to the big house, phony billionaire to broke, America's biggest loser.
