Catching up on this thread just now and it looks amazing as usual... I'm stoked to see what a heavy defoliation will do.. I'm sure only good things letting that light shine through.. they just completely friggin exploded after that lolly... magic !!!

Shzz I wanted to ask you as you mentioned about being more about yield etc... what would you do different if you were going strictly for quality? Just go longer?

shzz.... what meters do you use for ph and ec? combo by bluelab? just curious...they have combo plus on amazon at the moment for 200.... decent deal

also do you have links to condensed logs on here?
I use the Bluelab Tri-meter, which is set in my resevoir............ it's a great meter, lasts forever and I only calibrate it once every 3-4 months.
The easiest way to find all my latest stuff is do a google search with "sshz and grow diaries" or "sshz and gavita" and click again where it says sshz and grow diaries ONLY. Many of the latest ones will come up. On RIU, I have some all the way back to 2010, but you have to search for them. 90% are on either RIU or thcfarmer, but there's another 5-6 sites I post at too on and off. The grows before 2019 were HPS, after that they were Gavita LED's.
Figure if I started posting in 2010, that's 12 years with 4 grows a year- there's probably 45 different grows and strains out there in internet land. I have also found each search engine will find different ones so also search Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Aol and any other engines you know of. As I've said, alot is redundent, so it can get boring after a while.
So, no links for my stuff, just search for them.

Okay thanks will do man... I started my 1st one as a test in a 5 gallon equivalent airpot... hoping to see better things with botanicare and better grow habits
As long as you keep growing I will keep learning. I am a slow learner . After watching your last 5 grows I am beginning to see not much changes from grow to grow. Now maybe what took you 35 years to figure out will cut my learning curve time. I think your next grow I will keep notes or an outline.

Lol.. I'm taking notes on all the grows ... I'm here for the same thing bro.. it's how I feel as well .. as long as shzz keeps growing I think we will all keep learning. I'm just glad he is cool and willing to help others... props shzz
I still think the first Orange Gasm thread on the Farm is the best thread I ever did, as it includes every bit of detail on a complete grow start to finish. I didn't know shit about LED's, and numerous people came in with recommendations that helped the success of that one. I checked some old ones out last night at the farm, although closed and no more posting allowed, the views keep coming and are up to 75K views so people are still referring to them. I'm banned from there these days, but do have another account I use when necessary...........

So you know, there are 2 Orange Gasm threads I did…..one, the original back in 2019 I think, is the one you want. It like 68 pages long, its a beast. The 2nd one I did, a year and a half later, was much smaller and quickly done.I didn’t feel there was anything

There’s actually more popular threads now, as I saw a Cookie thread I did on the farm that now has over 76k views, which surprised me. I don’t hunt my stuff down to view much anymore, since I’m banned at the Farm. I have a new handle on there now, but don’t go there much.
i also saw tonight I fucked up when I made my weekly schedule for the flowering time on the Bubblehead and listed week 7 twice. That means everything will be finished a week earlier than I had thought, which is a good thing. So 3rd week in July looks about right now.

Sorry, it was an Ethos "Candy Store" condensed diary on the Farm I meant to say, over 74K views........... there's an Ethos Cookies on there too that has to be getting up there now too, but I didn't search for that one. There's so many, its hard to keep everything straight these days.

So I think I mentioned only 21 or 24 Bubbleheads made it and I wanted to fill the space 100% so I threw in 3 Ethos “Orange Kush Cake” to round it all out. The Bubbleheads lean to the sativa side, the OKC is an indica with a shorter flowering period, 8-10 weeks. Saturday will be thru 8 weeks and they are finishing really nicely, so much so I’ll stop fertilizing the 3 now and they’ll get plain water from now to chopping- which I’m figuring maybe a week away. They look great though, and I’ll put up a pic or two when I’m next in the room in a few hours. I can’t speak of the high, as Ethos stuff is always hit or miss, but they sure look fantastic with nice weight.
