I’ve continued to remove handfuls of leaves daily, trying to open things up a bit and let the bud sites get more light. I won’t remove anymore now for a few weeks. Day 9 in flowering, lots of tops are now visible. They’ll start stretching a bit now, or already have, as I had to raise the light 4-6 inches this morning. Here’s both sides……just after a watering so they are droopy.

So let’s review some……… for the first 2 weeks of flowering, I’m continuing using veg fertilizer. On Saturday, at 2 weeks exactly, I’ll start a 50/50 mix of veg/bloom which is 2-3-5 thru week 6, than switch to all bloom 1-4-5 until the flush the last week. Cal/mag is added with every watering, between 7ml-10ml per gallon depending on how the leaves are looking. Fertilizer continue‘s to be Botanicare Pure Blend Pro, as always. I’ll do another PureCrop1 spraying this weekend, and then nothing else til the end. Lights are between 18-20 inches above the canopy, if I go lower, the tops start to show some damage. I’m watering every day and a half right now, dehumidifier is set at 60%. Rooms temps are maintained between 80-82 degrees, humidity ranges between 55%-65%. This strain is a slow starter, not much going on right now and I suspect that’s why it will probably take 11 weeks flowering to be completely done for chopping. Remember, I have 3 plants of Ethos Orange Kush Cake too in there, right side the first 3 plants in row 1 Since they will be done at week 10 before the BubbleHead………otherwise, every plant is healthy and looks great, no runts this time. There is a bit of a sour note to the room, but not overpowering. Just a ”tangy” nose sting if you get my point……..

I might of gave mine the pure crop 1 a little tpp early at just over 3 weeks into veg..after 38 hrs they look okay but they have some leaf curl ,some more than others.maybe they didnt have sufficient time to recover since i done them 2 hr after lights off when lights were coming back on in 4 hrs, only under 96 watt t5 ho flouros.i lifted the light to help.or i put it on too heavily.i only used 5ml to half a litre .intructions were to use 10 ml to a litre..

Max.......... this is what I do. I wait til one hour AFTER lights out, so the room and plants have a chance to cool down some. I leave the fans and exhaust fan on full blast after lights out. Then I spray with a green flashlight on in the dark, about 1 gallon total in the room up and down each plant. Then turn off the room circulating fan, but leave the dehumidifier and exhaust fans on all night. 11 hours later with lights on, everything is dry and cool and they are ready to go. Anything varying off of this, the plants might show a negative reaction.

Plants are looking amazing mate! well done. I really cant believe how quickly they grew back from the defoliation.

Hey mate I've been using pure crop 1 for a while as well - I did notice that my GSC leaves always curled afterwards. But never had that issue with any other strain I have tried it on, what genetics are you running?

If you are noticing any issues with the PureCrop1 and are following my directions above, then cut back the dose in 1/2.....it took me a few trial and error applications before I got it right. I've found its better to do 2 half doses a few days a part than one full dose a single time.

Do you spray under the leaves aswell sshz as thats what i done so to get those buggers hiding.maybe i went a little heavy.i will do what you said and try a lighter strength with a few more applications.ive used it quite abit and this is the first time it has knocked them around more.if i dont hit them with normal dose it doesnt kill them.some that even wont kill them.usually need 2 doses and they are gone.

Was that at 10ml per litre.

From the gallon, I spray 3/4 of it under and 1/4 above the canopy. Most insects hide below the canopy, so that’s where you should concentrate. A lot of bugs will also hang out in the dirt, especially certain mites, so a spray on top of the pots should also be lightly done just in case. I actually spray the floor, walls, inside of pots, etc., better safe than sorry. A gallon for 24 plants is just about right….
