Ok so Im finally getting around to getting this thing its own thread, basically its a $5 chest we found at a thrift shop. We mounted 6 cfls to the lid, The plant on the left with the two big leaves is the OG. The reason it looks kinda stunted is because I just took a clone off of it 3 days ago (the blue solo cup) and the Maui is actually a week or two older but about 3 weeks ago a fan was dropped on it and only one leaf survived, but its coming along nicely now.

For those of you who followed my other ultra micro grow this og is a sister of the male in that box, and Im not sure how old these guys are now but They started at the same time as the other OG so probably around 6 weeks but theyve been through alot.

Basically the plan is to flip em to 12 12 in about a week to let the OG recover from its topping and the maui just got transplanted so I feel it needs some time to stretch its legs before it gets flowered.

Anyways the box isnt done yet and my school semester is coming to an end which means it probably wont get finished until around christmas.

Theres currently 5x23 w 6500k lights and 1x40 w 2700k so its 155 watts right now im planning on having 200 for flower though by making it 4x40 watt 2700k lights and 2x27w 2700k. The box is about 4 cubic feet so a little more than a square meter. Both plants are currently sitting in one gallon pots

Great, really.. Yeah, 200w would be best for flowering and with your space, especially if you put some on the side to give your ladies light from many angles!!

Have you thought about repotting? Or 1 gal. each is all they'll get?

I think this is going to be their final pots. Figured that I could get about 2-3 oz per plant in 1 gallon pots which I feel would max out my container. Thats a good Idea I may add some side lighting to stimulate even more nug growth!

I don't know about the 2-3 oz per lady, but if you know it, then may you accomplish it mate!!!

Yes, side lighting is important to some extent!! Cheers!!

Heres a photo update, everything seems to be going well. Ive done a treatment of foliar feeding to stimulate growth, My plan is to train them until they cover their entire pot then flower. Hopefully 1 or 2 more weeks.

Hey anyone watching I need help, theres some potential for me to have to be out of town for 4-7 days for christmas. This means Im gonna need some sort of autowatering system, has anyone done this? or does anyone have any suggestions on what to do here at least?

Hi guys picture update!!!

Maui turned out to be male unfortunately because it had great genetics and I chopped it down to all but one leaf and its still come back to a very thick lush plant. The OG looks good but its just not as structurally impressive as the Maui.

You can see my DQ seedlings that will be going in my pc box now, apples are in there for ethylene treatment. This is supposed to give higher female rates when exposed to ethylene, and ripening apples are one of the best sources so I went for it.

Something else I'm considering is to take a few cuttings of the Maui ~4 get them in a humidity dome with a few apples. by the time they take root the ethylene may cause them to express their dormant female genetics. Will update on this if it happens

OK so the Maui has been scrapped and flowering has begun on the OG, it started looking a little sickly. But it seems to be slowly recovering, will post pics next time the lights come on
