1.Increase taxes and welfare budgets to make the general uneducated populous dependent on the government for all aspects of life starting with education then healthcare and housing, calling government the "neutral compassionate" party. Blaming the other party and business for anti-progress, insuring fear votes.
2.Remove government benefits to show that populous will suffer without government assistance, blaming the other party and private business for the problems of society.
3.Use previous two actions whenever necessary to bolster over all government spending, government interference, increase regulation and bureaucracy in the name of "public safety" all while sucking private business dry, through taxation until reaching unmanageable dept. until the whole rotten system collapses.
4. Start a "new revolution" where everyone who is part of the intelligencia is label a "Zionist" Jew or "radical sympathizer" placing total blame on a poor, battered, hopeless population, holding hostage an imaginary conspiracy against a corrupt state, mass graving all opposition, only to justify the true conspiracy of total state domination.
Why? To satisfy the wet dreams of a few power hungry maniacs with money. Instead of capping personal income wealth to begin with.
