If it is the same as I am using it is for lining dehydrator or smoker shelves so is food safe and temp safe. I found it on Amazon, there is a link somewhere in this thread. I’ll edit this if I find it quickly.

I didn't mount it anywhere. But I'm sure the back part has an empty spot you could fill.
