There ain't do damn voter fraud

LOL, way to selectively edit and declare victory!

So then clearly ncsl.org is a lying propagandist website then huh? Yeah, you aren't predictable at all.

never said anything about your site.

i just stated the plain fact that nebraska, which you claim is not a voter ID state, has pages of laws detailing which documents and identification you need to provide in order to able to vote.

that makes them just like alaska and colorado, which you have called voter ID states.

unless you can show me a state with no laws regarding which documents and identification you need to show in order to be able to vote, then i will rest soundly knowing all 50 states have voter ID already and we can put this whole debate behind us.

thank you for your service.

The 'pages of laws' you cited included this:

"Do I need a voting card or my ID in order to vote?

No, the card is for information only and does not need to be presented to election officials in order to vote."
- http://www.sos.ne.gov/elec/voter_info.html (your link)

that makes them just like alaska and colorado, which you have called voter ID states.

But I thought you said CO and AK didn't have State voter ID laws?
"alaska is not a voter ID state. you do not need to show ID to vote in alaska."
"yes, because our state is not a voter ID state."

So if you think CO and AK are not voter ID States, then yes.. NE is just like AK and CO.

Thanks for making this so easy.

thank you for your service.

So now every state is a voter ID State again. Awesome.

Make sure you tell that propagandist website ncsl.org

your argument backfired and failed so hard that i decided to adopt it and use it against you!

I cited ncsl.org as a source for States with voter ID laws.

You say that every State has voter ID laws. (Except AK and CO)

The rest of the world disagrees. Where can we go from here? It's like you are a climate change denier. Seriously.

To what end is this retarded line of debate you've gotten back into?

Just voted. Had my license on me which is rare. They didnt ask for it. Just opened up the book asked my address and had me sign my name in the ledger.

i never said that, that is your argument. your failing loser of an argument.

ncsl.org is accurate in saying that 31 States are voter ID States, but every State is a voter ID State?

AK and CO are not voter ID States.

Yeah, totally rational, non-failing loser of an argument you got there.

challenge remains.

name a state. any state at all.

I've already cited every State without voter ID laws from ncsl.org

All you've tried to do is change what it means to be a State with voter ID laws. Unfortunately for you, the rest of the world disagrees. You simply don't understand what a voter ID State is. I'm sure that won't stop you from trying to do more 'semantic assraping', though.

If you really want to have fun with him, ask him how many successful cases of voter fraud we've had.

He goes off on a really funny tangent, starts posting numbers that are completely irrelevant, and thinks somebody somewhere believes him.

How many times do I have to tell you, there ain't no damn voter fraud!

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...ld-non-citizens-decide-the-november-election/
How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections. Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.

We also find that one of the favorite policies advocated by conservatives to prevent voter fraud appears strikingly ineffective. Nearly three quarters of the non-citizens who indicated they were asked to provide photo identification at the polls claimed to have subsequently voted.

Estimated Voter Turnout by Non-Citizens
2008

like nebraska, with it's pages of laws regarding what documentation and identification needs to be submitted in order to vote?

I knew it wouldn't stop you.

Your own link said you don't need your ID to vote. I won't bother pasting it again because we both know it's there.

Here's what you should do: Edit the wikipedia page on the subject and then contact ncsl.org and all the other sites that deal with State voter ID laws and inform them of the error. I'm sure they will all agree with you.
