I started with Jamaican indica back in the 80's. Back then, it seemed like white guys who brought their old ladies to Jamaica for Rasta guys to bone ended up with the best seeds. I knew a Greek guy who'd bring his old lady to Jamaica way back when. They are gone now. Anyways, the seeds were beautiful with great variation and were all fruity duty and the best ones smelled like Juicy Fruit Gum.

Daves plants in the last updates were just starting to really flower where they start putting off tons of calyxs i cant wait to see them in a week from today after they have had that few weeks where they blow up then start to fatten and get all yummy with trichomes. That time and the stretch are my fave time of the bud show blow up and finish First two weeks and the last two weeks. I know how dave feels about the damn planes i tried to do an outdoor that got fucked by grasshoppers a few survived but there nothing special but i had like 12 med sized plants before the hoppers and they ate me down to about 2 plants and they were flying over quite a bit until now they could care less. Bastards..

I'm familiar with the most advanced ag colleges in the US who are concerned with corn and other staple crops primarily. When these guys and gals get a hold of our little plant and do what they do with corn, the game changes radically. While we spend years of trial and error trying for that special plant, they can gene splice and genetically alter the terpene profile. THC is not the prime attractant to humans this plant produces...it terpenes. Without terpenes THC is mostly marinol. Terpenes, the taste, the intense smell is key and these can be manipulated genetically like with corn in the lab. This is not science fiction anymore, it's routine.

Just wanted to stop by and show some gratitude. The Weed Nerd has been a blast to watch, and, though I seldom have the hash to match, it's nice being able to listen to someone who truly cares about their cannabis. Keep on making the show Subcool!

Loved the show what a great thing to wake up to on my Bday right a new weed nerd. I got a question Subcool is there ever gonna be any jars on the TGA clothing site that are bigger like some gallon jars something i could put a few oz-to a qp in that way i could have a tga jar for each strain like the whole harvest for each strain a difft jar i know you get one im saying. I know there spendy but i promise you that i would buy one for each strain i got so like 9 or 10 big jars would be good. I love the little ones but a big TGA jar filled to the top with TGA stuff would make me feel like the man.

Hey man, what do you nerds like dong when you're stoned? Here's what I've been doing lately. Like many towns, my town has changed a lot in the last 10+ years. It used to be almost all white and now is at least 20% Mexican. There are these colorful Mexican bakery's/stores/restaurants with really good Mexican food in town now the "hoods". I've been getting lit and eating some good Mexi only I think, they think I'm a cop...if they only knew.
