Ahh that is so sweet! It was my fault for dithering about what range to get. I wanted a Wolf or DCS dual fuel but just can't justify the price in a 30" especially when I have to move but it will help the house sell so push/pull I guess.

Here's what I decided to get it's a great compromise:

It was on sale for about $800 off and I'm taking the floor model (they are ordering me a new one) but they are getting me through T'giving so I ended up very VERY lucky! I just don't usually drive the pick up truck and it won't fit in my Civic!

So jealous. I am cooking on an electric range for the first time ever. I hate it a lot.

not meant to admonish. what's your fave? assuming you're a pie guy vs. cake. Just made a rather AWESOME taramisu. So many variations on such a basic recipe. Hope this turns out.

GEEZ BB is a staple around here. we have many varieties that grow like weeds. Have to spray them to keep them under control. Never made raspberry pie though. I should try that. I did freeze some rasp. I picked this summer. Big as my thumbs.

I forgot, last Thanksgiving I made a pear pie. Had never had one, recently read of its existence. Anyway, it was fantastic, hands down better than any apple pie I'd ever had

Yeah, they are weeds in the Sierra foothills too. Back in grad school we'd go fishing and bring home trout and BB
