The Old Farts thread

Good morning people. And thank you very much. I'm on a trial attempted better diet over the past few months. You're making me regret it as I stir my plain oatmeal with 2 soft poached egg yolks and rehydrated dried cherries and cranberries. I do suggest bitter berries to all. Big improvement in energy and decrease in pains. Guess I'll be making good tasting for the family only.
Oatmeal is out of my diet plan godsdammitohaggis.
