The most racist places in America

I use the word nigga a lot. never looked it up on google. but me using the word has nothing to do with race. i grew up in the south part of st pete. 90% of the people i hung out with were black and you tend to pick up the Dialect of the people you are around. ive honestly met a lot more racist blacks than i have whites. not saying i haven't me a lot of racist whites as well. but being in the ghetto you see a lot of black on white racism. you also see a lot of black on black racism do to diffrent skin tones. like the darker skin verses lighter.

he can use the 'n' word anytime he wishes..his daddy was black = automatic right..but if you are 100% white you may not use the 'n' word.

'n' word is term of endearment in certain cultures.
 
My views on saying nigga Is If I'm around black people that do not use the word than out of respect for them I will not use the word either. But if I'm around people using it then I am going to use it. Just like out of respect for my grandparents I refrain from using curse words around them. Fine if people are cussing like sailors around me then I'm going to talk normally

At which racial mix percent does a person lose the ahem "right" to use the n word?

What dude? Your fucking crazy. Chicago is the best part of this ratchet Ass state. It don't smell it's cleaner then new York. Though not without flaws it's a great city. The weather and taxes and politicians suck. The rest of the state is all one big Ass cornfield. Flat and boring. Chicago is this states saving grace while at the same time it's ruining lol.
 
The map is inaccurate and speculative.

I've lived in North Carolina, Arizona, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Ohio.

ALL of those states harbor racists and racism. Boston area is quite racist. Texas and Ohio, quite racist too. Believe it or not, but New York was probably the least racist state I lived. Nobody gives a fuck there.
