I think as far as Jack is concerned, it is not his problem, it is Biden's business and Garland's concern, not his. It should have no bearing on Trump's indictment for documents and obstruction, unless Garland makes it an issue. Jack is a special prosecutor, independent of the DOJ and it's other problems with Biden or anybody else. His job is to do two things, take down Trump over the documents and prosecute the top level J6 conspiracy and political players, he will leverage the documents case and Meadows to do it, which is why he got these two particular cases, both involve Mark, he helped Trump steal the docs and is the key to the J6 conspiracy. He has also expanded his interests to wire fraud over the money raised over the big lie and could seize Trump's sucker cash stash.

/sigh...this is incredible carelessness on Biden's part...how is it that classified documents are supposed to be tracked, but this many of them are unaccounted for? how are any unaccounted for? who is supposed to be responsible for making sure things that get checked out get returned?
this isn't the fucking secret KFC recipe, these are sensitive documents that could cause immense problems if the wrong people get hold of them, and it seems like no one is making sure they get returned.

Some were redacted copies obtained from the national archives while he was out of office and I don't think were high level, the kind of thing they deliver to them sometimes for memoirs and NGO work. If they came from the national archives, they should have known about them. There are many levels of classification and some has to do with economics and resources or the general political situation somewhere etc. I don't think any were top secret and if any were they were redacted copies most likely.

Remember the big thing with Trump and the docs was intent and knowledge, mens rea, that one is well covered with Trump and completely absent with Joe. Some underling(s) were responsible for tracking those documents and securing them, both in Biden and Trump's case, though in Trump's case, he personally went through the boxes and confessed to the crime in public, "they are mine".

In Joe's case it was probably a clerical error or some staffer quit or someone retired and forgot. Everything should have been logged and tracked by several people and the top secret stuff has a guy wait until they read it and take it back or can only be be seen in a secure location. There are burn bags for copies and procedures outlined in manuals dating from the Obama administration and before on handling top secret documents and staff responsible for it, some are military and some are NSA and some are his office staff.

Top Secret/KFC is a very high classification level.

That is why there is a investigation on it.

I am guessing that if the VPOTUS is in a meeting deciding shit that they are not the ones sticking back packing shit up when the meetings are over, so not sure how we know one way or the other if this was some kind of carelessness on Biden's part.

If he demanded the docs be left behind, sure, but if it was just some aid fucking up and now because Trump stole a bunch of top secret shit along with his theft of souvenirs that belong to us tax payers and then refused to give them back and got caught obstructing justice it is a fake rage story for a few days, because people need their whipping boy to be whipped.

Let's see, some government employee or staffer is busted for it, is convicted and serving time before Donald is indicted. Sound probable?
