Well we all have neighbors; and they all suck. But this is the place to vent! For example... I am a college student, i live in an apartment building and i have a corner unit with only ONE neighbor. i am quiet, poliet, and keep to myself(why im like that should be obvious considering where this is being posted...) yet whenever i do ANYTHING and i mean ANYTHING that makes noise aka... using the microwave, listen to the tv/radio, laugh, or talk she calls the POLICE on me. now my solution so far has been to just not answer the door... but i dont know what else to do haha i try SO hard ot be quiet but she just cant be pleased. OH and to top it all off she has the UGLIEST baby in the world that wakes me up in the middle of the friggen night every. single. day. and i cant stand it. But i keep my mouth shut cause i understand i live ina friggen apartment complex. unlike my neighbor who lives in a secluded mansion down a 3 mile road in middle of the jersey pine barrens; oh nope... wait. she lives 6 inches over from me.
But any advice on how to get back at her EDIT: WITHOUT GETTING CAUGHT!!! would be much appreciated and happy venting =]

haahahaa......we all have those neighbors. mine are man hating lesbian of which one of them is a ftm tranny. they are a couple of miserable people that sulk around their house like a couple of fucking troglodytes bitching about anything they can and blowing things out of proportion.

Play some reverse psychology on her. Just start being super nice whenver you see her, or pick her some flowers or some stupid shit or bake her a cake. I know it sounds kind of stupid, but it has worked for me. If they have any kind of heart they will feel horrible about themselves or it will just piss them off more. i am SOOOO nice to her i gave her my friggen personal cell phone number and said call ANY hours of the day if you need me to make ANYTHING quieter i just dont feel that the poliece need to waste there time on something this little i know its a waste of time cause my dads a cop (complete and total lie, FUCK THE PIGGLETON; and my fat asian neighbor) no racist assholeism intended whatsoever but she is the only oriental person on the entire floor and my floor smells ATROCIOUS but for some odd reason the ones above and below smell fragrant and delicious...

and to do it in the woods, not that would call the cops on me,,, i'm on a corner... and theres a stairwell between the other apt connecting. so the only touching apt is the one attached to my bedroom//shower wall... soo the other ppl wouldnt hear me. also a friend lives directly above and a business is directly below. they close at 3pm daily...

Unless you live in a really small town where the law enforcement has nothing better to do than come running every time this woman calls them about noise, they aren't going to pay her attention for very long. If they do, and if you're not making any noise, tell the cops to ask your other neighbors.

i always get fucked by the system. i was punched in the face by a pig and nothing happened 2 other officers saw. i got shit planted on me too, im SO used to having bad luck. shit happens to me that sucks cock thats why i think so hard and im all over my p's and q's all the time... gotta be smart, the future you exists in the present you... but yeah good point i will say that next time, or make my room mate say that haha.

lol i love my neighbours i live in an apartment but im at the top and no one joins on to the side of me (next door is across the corridor) the lady bellow me is a drunk and is never there and the lady bellow that is never there too so i get to play my music really really fucking loud : but i couldnt imagine living next to someone who would phone the police on me. i'd be tempted really make some noise for a couple of days then go back to being quiet again and ask her what she prefered

what you do is just ignore her....completely fucking ingnore her. just like shes not there. everytime she tries to talk to you walk away. if cornered just give a blank stare until shes done and walk away. whatever you do for the love of god DO NOT SAY A WORD and show no emotion or any type of inclination that she exists. she will either get frustrated to the point of assaulting you in which case you can get a restraining order or she will get tired of nagging like a cunt in thin air and still get pissed. wither way you get to watch her get pissed off and irritated and you can treat it like a game....a sort of instant gratification

I suggest going to the apt manager and tell them your problem.. Maybe they can help solve it.. Maybe by moving you to another apt or speaking with the woman.. Maybe she is known for doing this ? maybe she is going through some mental issues ( post pardom? Didnt she just have a baby? ) or maybe shes just mentally imbalanced. I would talk to the apt manager and go from there.. If they take her side I would prolly look for a new place to live. considering your indoor gardening "situation".

The more I think about it, the more I think maybe she has smelled you smoking weed or your grow and is her main reason for all the calls.. I'd def check into it further.
