WOW! I finally just read through all 249 pages of this thread, and I have to say that I am a new man. My perspective on hash is a complete 180 from when I started this and a couldn't be more grateful. Thank you everyone! Especially you Frenchy! MO your quite knowledgeable and badass too! I am going to order my boldt bags and machine today but just have a quick question. The Frenchy set comes with the 160, 73, and 45. A few pages ago a video was posted where Frenchy was using a 190, 160, 45. I am just wondering why the difference? And should I add an extra bag or two to the set? And if I add an extra bag, is the 190 better to add or is the 25 better to add? Haha sorry for how long this! Thanks again so very much, this community is AMAZING! !

My last ten runs there was nothing in the 45 or 25 bags.
I do 190 to catch the plant material, 160 for the big heads, 120 for the next sized heads and 73 for the last set of heads.
It is important to know what size of resin heads you are growing. Some plants have smaller and some have bigger.

interesting color. looks like erasers.Just finished Elephant Stomper, 73, she's not a heavy producer, but very tasty. Would like to try to convert to live rosin, not sure the best way to convert

I'm saving up gallon bags of trim. Hopefully by later Spring when it's too hot for indoor here my son and I will have enough to try the hash making.

I use the 190 as a catch bag, the 160 for the bigger heads and 45 for my full spectrum, I hardly use my 73 anymore, I would take the 25 as well if I was you and use it separately, passing all your water through it, it will give you good edibles quality. Boldtbags is remodeling their site and it's taking a while

is not expensive considering what is offered and the prices of concentrate. I wish I could give it away always but I need to make a living as well

Is it a hands on work shop? Or do you do an instructional demo in front of a group of people.

Not sure what you are asking I am doing a whole day live demo with 2 machines plus a power point presentation to help define the most important aspects. 9:00 am to 6:00 pm food and smoke included. With the price of concentrate so high and getting learning how to make high quality Hashish is a must.

Looks yummy, I've always pressed to, I do find that just the act of pressing my hash (bubble) creates heat thru the friction of the pressing action. I will leave it under presure for a half a day to insure a good seal and bind. I usually only press my second screens tho because as you said be gentle and as I am gentle I find my last screen is such a fine particulate i can stick it together by hand (in parchment )to take a lighter to the side of a chunk would make it melt, bubble and drip almost lIke candle wax.

$265 sounds expensive on the face
BUT. After hearing from some ppl who went... its well worth it. As Frenchy said...concentrates are expensive and making a large amount for ppl isnt cheap. If u go u WONT regret it im sure. His advise is very contrary to the typical hash maker perspective and is extremely inciteful.

I went last year. had a blast, learned a bunch, got awesome swag.
Def hands on!!
once things get going you should jump up and start working side by side with a Master Hashishin.
You should find the time and money to attend.
and for sure show up early and stay late
I plan on doing so again soon.
(in fact I might go to the one in a couple of weeks)

I know im supportin ya lol. Ive been a pretty good hash man for awhile. Been trying new things lately and i truely appreciate ur perspective on the resin collecting process. Its very refreshing and has allowed me to look at the process from a different angle.
