Yeah I saw that one as well, they basically all the same. It really boils down to which vendor you want to take the risk with.
 
The actual design of them bar lights is rather nice, so who is gonna test these ones out? I ain't, im finished with upgrading leds for now it's time to grow some weeds.lol It's interesting how things are progressing.

You'll not need to upgrade for years with the lights you're running!

Narrowed it down to either two LM561C 560 boards with separate heatsinks + 240 drivers or 3 LM301B 288 boards with separate heatsinks + 120 drivers.

Thoughts?
 
Depends what diodes and drivers you get.
The lm561c with their regular non dimming drivers are like $440. That’s final price. If you want a 50% under driven fixture I’d imangine you’d want their 1000w fixture. Which probably at least doubles the price?

Have a couple of questions before I finalise the order -

Is this kit suitable for a 4.5x2 space or should I be looking at boards with a wider footprint or at least with more spacing between the two boards? Also will be using the same boards for the entire grow, so should I go for 3000 or 3500K?

whats wrong with HLG96s.....put 3 in there ...or 3/4 quantum 288's mounted on diy frame
 
So I ordered a couple of these from Rita for a 4x4 anyone running these or had any issues?
