I am 38 days in, I still have 3 weeks+ I think just looking at the buds. I al fairly sure it is N, I have actually added in 3(bloodmeal in the 5-8-4, grow big and EWC) of the things from the list but have not be able to stop or slow down the yellowing. I fed the 5-8-4 as a top dressing along with an EWC tea.

I will probably let it go for a couple more days and if still bad I will check the PPM of my run off on the next watering and may consider a flush and another tea with the 5-8-4 and EWC .

May just be a heavy eater.

My trainwreck takes twice the amount of BioThrive Grow compared to all my other plants. or it will yellow like crazy.
So I normally use 10mL per gallon but the Trainwreck takes 20mL per gallon to stay green

hey hbbum i wouldnt get too concerned your plant is pulling the nutes out of exhisting fan leaves that are gonna die off any way [usualy lower leaves] & channelling its efforts into final development of bud production as long as your new top growth doesnt yellow & die youre ok this seems to happen in a lot of sativa dominant strains that really pack on bud development in the final weeks

i wouldn't but there is sill a ways to go, they are only 38 days in to flowering. Getting yellowing on the mid and lower fan leaves. I want to keep em green :)

Hope the tea does the trick

You take great care of your plant, so I doubt this is anything but a natural process. But try what you have planned and see. You are almost at 6 weeks, you may have a faster finisher but either way your buds are super developing and look great so if it was me personally I would try to arrest the yellowing but if you try too hard to re-green the plant it might do more harm than good.

I also just lost lower/mid fan leaves, my ph was fine, new growth was super green.. The sativas they don't like too much foliage from videos I watch. They seem to naturally lollipop with stuff on the bottom. Just a theory, the way you have topped your plant and spread the hormones to produce tops your bottom is now mid point on your many colas, which with these strains would normally be one big 6-7 foot branch when mature. It may be natural. Anyhow you are an experienced grower with great results, you already know not to throw too many different things at the plant at once. You are trying a different mix of fertilizer from foxfarm than you have been from what I read, so maybe it is as you think just a food issue.

I can't wait to see how this plant turns out. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Eve tho im not as experienced and on my first grow I think yellowingish leaves with only 2 1/2 weeks left would be normal. Is it a lot of them?

IMG_0695[1].jpgIMG_0700[1].jpgIMG_0701[1].jpgIMG_0703[1].jpgIMG_0705[1].jpgIMG_0707[1].jpg I think she's just starting up now =). We have rain everyday for 5 days in the afternoons so that kinda sucks but I think she will grow a lot after it all.

Man she is looking great, if you are worried about the rain you (so many days) you can consider covering her up during while it is raining.

I am concerned but I really want this to be as natural a grow as it can be. Besides the lst I did and some molasses and miniscule time release feed that had already been in the soil I put it in its totally natural. Do you think it looks like it will produce some good nugs?

Things ok here, trying to stave off this yellowing now, but don't know how much longer I have before harvest anyway. I will snap some shots next lights on, not a huge amount of change from the last pics I put up, just putting on some additional bulk.
