Yeah man, no worries I was kidding around.

hbbum, sadly the forum will resave whatever pic you upload. As soon as it does that the animation is unfortunately lost. However on the bright side the gnome giving people the bird makes a fine statement as is imho.

The only way to keep a GIF active it CANNOT be cropped for use..... it MUST be small enough to use by itself without having to crop it...... talk to LetsGetCritical.... he uses them religiously. lol

Well EPIC pic shakes or no. Damn that looks absolutely DELICIOUS.
Thanks, she is a frosty one for sure. Will be making some dry ice hash with those sugar leaves and the popcorn bud from the bottom if I get enough.

Got my avatar working I think :) I guess I set the scale wrong last time.

haha man thanks, those were a such a bitch to take too. I'm getting kind of nervous though about that 5 galloner getting too small. If I had to transplant that I wouldn't have the slightest idea of how without wrecking it. Any thoughts? Just leave it in there probably right xD?

it's not that hard.....

First what size will you go to? 7gal, 10gal, bigger than that?

here's my method. but other growers have other ways so you can ask around........

Squeeze the sides of the bucket all the way around. pushing in the roots and dirt leaving a slightly empty space between medium and container.

While holding the stalk, tilt the plant on its side. and pull.
NOT HARD you WILL rip your plant up if it's got any weak spots.
Pull and rotate the bucket at the same time.
takes some practice to get used to but, it works for me very well...
As soon as she is almost completely out, use both hands to reach into the bucket and grab the whole entire mass of soil and roots.
lift her out and stand her up in the new bucket....... fill the empty space with new soil/soilless medium, and water. :)

That's just how I do it. I'm almost positive I make things a lot harder for myself than they have to be. but I like to do things differently sometimes lol

You actually make it sound way easier than I was making it in my head. But I'm not sure what size to go to or even if I am going to. Right now there doesn't seem to be the need for it. That bucket is cool because I can kind of see through it. Very helpful for watering, I can see how far the water gets down the soil. I don't really have any bigger buckets to put it in looking around the house so my best bet would probably be to just dig a fuck huge hole in the ground lol XD.

I think you should be fine in that 5 gallon for that plant. If you do go up, I wouldn't do the ground since you may be getting a late start and should keep your mobility.

the 2 on the left are 7gal($5/ea) and 2 on right are 10gal(about $7-$10/ea)......if you feel you NEED to transplant....

I transplant 2 weeks before I enter flowering. no matter what size container I am in. I try to stay small till I absolutely have to transplant...... my super cropped Blue Dream will be going into a 10 gallon soon...... She's root bound now in a 3.9...... BlueDream.jpgBlueDream2.jpg She's got about 25-30 tops right now.... all my clones came from her original tops... lol

Looks awesome Stew, you can consider a fabric pot also, helps prevent root bound issues, but seems to go through water a little faster.

Alright then. I guess ill just let her grow in the 5 gallon. If I start to see roots growing out from under the bottom holes I might start thinking about a bigger container but for now I cant really see anything too concerning. Those preflowers are only showing its sex right now right...I get kind of confused but I think there is no sign of flowering yet correct me if I'm wrong. The tops are still growing normal 7 bladed leaves so I think its safe to say shes still in veg ya?

I would but the cost for smart pots is getting ridiculous. lol like $9 for a 3gal smart pot at my local grow shop.... fuck that. lol..... I got a routine usually.... 6"or solo cup for sprouts, to 1-5gal for veg, to 3-10gal for flowering. depending on what container I am using... I try to go minimum of double the container for flowering....
