The clock is ticking now. We could start a thermonuclear war, Yellowstone could pop, an asteroid could smack the Earth, and there are even more Extinction Level Events than these, likely some we haven't even considered.for any of the most brilliant physicists to figure, based on history and current knowledge of physics and astrophysics , the time of some catastrophe with an accuracy of between 1,000 and 10,000 years would not be uncanny.
Time to get humans out of this one single handbasket before we arrive at the inevitable destination.
