Recipe = Valued Knowledge thanks bro.

I like that fox farm ocean forest...seen stellar results. Stopped using it on this crop :wall:
I have to add that I would reuse the dirt as well. amend with same amount of domolite lime and a touch of perlite as well as directly to the pot amend at same time a heaping spoon full of sunleaves seabird guano...sometimes I mix new with old dirt on same ratios. good to go and keeps cost down on expensive dirt. never an issue its freakin dirt and imo this set up works so well because of the drainage of water.

my water runs the same and so do most that have city water. they make it 6.8 - 7. i put one drop of lemon juice in half gallon. makes it 5.8 to 6.2 every time. and it dont stay in the soil for more then24 hrs. like cheical ph adjusters

i also re run my soil. and add new soil and put older stuff out in my garden.

I'm all about reusing soil. It seems like such a waste to throw it out. If I lived in the stix I would have a compost pile. As a kid I would have never imagined I would grow up and one of my "wishes" would be to have a Grade A compost set up lol... life... I tell ya.

Goodtimes

You like to re use? Then wrap your head around this..... I use 5-8 gallon smart/geo pots and have two complete sets of pots. When one cycle is finished i simply cut the stalk near media level and top dress with my fav's and then it sits for the entire next run. About 30 days in I can grab the stump with my hand and it simply pulls out. The biology and enzymes I add get busy eating the roots and turning them into something useable right away. By day 60 the root ball has been completely digested and I have left the root zone mostly intact. By leaving the pot undisturbed and not dumping I have NOT damaged the delicate hyphae and mycelium of the fungal based tea's I spend money on and add. When its time to transplant I dig a small hole in the intact media and in goes the 1 gallon pot. The next cycle comes down and those pots get top dressed and they sit. I have re used my media (coco coir)and I have maximized the biology that I add. I have reused the same coco pot for 19 months and only dumped due to ignorance. How sexy is that? ;)

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh wtf!!!

I knew there was a way. I used to be a science nerd before discovered computers.

Dude thats stellar. Waste is just that waste. Everytime I would toss a bail of soil out it gave me like a icking feeling like this is not right...there has to be a better way to honor the plant and the earth. I thought of driving out into the stix and asking a farmer if I could spread some good soil in the woods...but my better judgement got a hold of me.

If you don't mind...where did you get this info... do you rec a book or video. I remember enough science to know... your mix is even BETTER the second time you run it...if not the 3rd 4th and 5th...better and better.

So I would guess it's fair to assume you don't have a nute collection lol

I know! RIGHT? I shouldn't tell ya......sometimes shit like that gives me an erection. DOH!

My professional background is biodynamic farming so finding ways to use biology has always been a passion. I have even used indoor planter beds. They do indeed get better each run ;)

I dont want to front tho......I do use Cutting Edge Solutions fairly regularly. I top dress with various amendments and feed a relatively low ppm of CES on a regular basis. I have my own compost pile, worm pile and even utilize some bio-d preparations in my indoor grows. If you are into natural yo should check out Insect Frass....unbelievable stuff! I dont want to lose ya with babble so let me say that bloom boosters are about initiating secondary metabolic production, flavenoids, terpines, resins etc. Frass does all this naturally and without chemicals. Google it and chitin, chitinase and chitiosan.....then lets wrap. :hump:

IMHO there is no sign of nitrogen abundancy. On the contrary. The pictures show a nitrogen defiency. The fan leaves are totally yellow the only left green spots are close to the buds. This means the plant sucks all the nitrogen out of the leaves to provide energy for budgrowth. In the final stage of flowering this is nothing to worry about. In earlier stages this can decrease yield. The nitrogen defiency is caused because your not feeding enough or wrong ph locks it out.
