Closeup of a PS #1 cola.

They are both about 5.5'-6' tall! I accidentally monster cropped them so they are all very large. She smells fabulous. Whereas the Polar Gelato has a bit of a menthol smell to her the PS smells like petrichor, earth and black pepper. I'm really looking forward to harvest.
Just Wow!
Looking at that specimen I will take back my negative thoughts on the Pink Sunset. Great job Curious! She's a monster alright! I'm really looking forward to seeing how she turns out, absolutely all the best! You've made me happier to have a pack now, thank you. Peace.

Lovely calyx right there!
Please can I ask shnkrmn, how many phenos of the Polar Gelatos have you ran? Have you seen much variance? Thanks. Peace.
Thanks! There was really no variation at all. I think I noted when they were in early flower how uniform they were and they finished the same. Even the yield was uniform, I got 20oz from those. I only sprouted 4 originally. All the clones since have been taken from all 4 of those. I saw no reason to favor one over another.

I was given an acai seed for Christmas. How many of you guys that grew it had it herm? It looks like shnkrmn's did fine, and LGs went nuts.

I was thinking of running it in a few months just to see how it goes.
Hi, unfortunately mine went hermie on me around wk3 to wk4 of flower. I noticed some spent nana's floating on the top of my soil when I watered. There were a few coming from the lowest flowers. Sadly it ruined three nice unrelated plants. I'd say clean the bottoms and be very vigilant. Place the Acai to the front where you can easily monitor it if you plan on doing it close to others. My best advice is do whatever shnkrmn did. Mine was under a 300w led with biobizz. I maybe have let my lights off temps dip a degree or two too low thus creating my herm issue.??? All the best from me if you try with your Acai Rsawr. Peace.

My Acai's ran to finish without herms and I took clones planning to reverse them. I even monster cropped them. I harvested Polar Gelato #2 she went into the FD at 3# 14oz yesterday and it's jarred and on the shelf today after a trip through the freeze dryer:

Same here I notice no variation in type from my PG #1 to PG #2

Mine was an anomaly and I should have trusted my gut when I first identified it as a male. I've seen my fair share of hermi plants. This was the first one I've seen that had full on male flowers. Knowing what you need to look out for I think it's safe to grow these.
