Hello all and thank you for your time, I will give as much info as briefly as I can.

I received 3 clones in the mail via clone shipper on August 22nd. I transplanted into 5 gal pots filled with Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and gave each a cup of water (ph around 7). My light (viparspectra 600watt LED) was about 30 inches from the tops of the plants - which i think caused burning on my sensi star clone. I sprayed the plants with green earth insecticidal soap to deal with a thrip problem ( have only sprayed once so far and did it when plants went into night cycle).
I have had the plants for over a week now and they have shown little to no signs of new growth and seem to be stunted. Also the new growth is burning on the edges of the leaves.
I just gave each two cups of water ph'd at around 6.3 yesterday (29th). I moved the light up about 6-7 inches and am running it full spectrum, light cycle 18/6. I have 3 fans, 2 for circulation one for scrubbing the air (inline plus carbon filter). I am growing in a 3x3x6 tent. See pictures below and let me know what you think is going on or what I should do to help this babies flourish... I'm sure tons of additional info is needed but I just wanted to give a quick review. Oh and I am not feeding nutes, just tap water that I have left out for 24 hours and am now starting to ph.

I'm thinking that my main problem is light burn, though I've never had the light (viparspectra 600w led) closer than 30 inches... ive raised my light as high as it can go which is about 40 inches above the top of plants.. any suggestions?
