Seedling Sprout Large White Spots

Yes until they are a little older. Although you will need more light, seedlings need very little. Cotyledons are white before being exposed to light but that cotyledon is burnt and since jiffy pellets contain zero nutrient I believe it's your light.
Okay, I went ahead and raised it to about 30", if I should go higher I will. I also have a new pic coming and yeah they definitely look more burnt now.

You need more/stronger light IMHO, and Id have the one you have down closer. I run a 635w Gavita 1700e at no more than 24 inches. I also run a 1000w HID at 24 inches, or closer. Depends if I can keep the temps at 84f or less for the HID.... In the mid fall- mid spring no problem. I also have really good air flow.

Think about how bright the sun is at the equator, at noon, on a clear day, at 3000ft-9000ft and contemplate your light.

What Diodes. Watts dont tell the whole story. But you need way more light. That light, especially at that distance is like trying to grow weed at Dusk.
Huh, interesting. Now I'm not sure what to think! Lol. I just sent an updated pic, it might be more telling. It certainly looks like burning now, and one of the cotyledons is even split. The diodes for this particular LED are true 2W each (60 diodes).

I get that it is actually 120 watts but if you only have the veg switch on than it is likely only at half power. With veg and bloom on it would be drawing 120 watts. You could also lose the dome, seedlings are not big on domes and it can actually harm them.
Right, sorry I missed that! In that case I guess it's only drawing 60W currently. Should I switch bloom on as well? I will lose the dome and see how it goes.

I would have both switches on as I did when I used those type of lights. You can always move the light further away and if they start stretching move it down. No real harm in a bit of stretching compared to burning. You can just burry the stem a bit when you transfer to pot if you get any stretching. Good luck bud. Hope it comes around for you.

Thank you Doug, yours and everyone's help is much appreciated! I will proceed with your recommendations and update as changes happen. :)

Your job right now is just keeping your plant alive which you're doing. I wouldn't worry about discoloration etc unless it was happening in early veg or later, never judge a plant in the propagation phase of its life (seedling, clone etc). I've taken seedlings people were going to throw away and I grew them and yes they were runts but they grew some of the dankest bud and I kept them around and ended up having my same buddy ask "Bro where did you get this weed?".

That definitely is not mold, the plant just looks like a seedling that got a bit of light burn possibly or was sprayed during lights on.

Thank you for the positive response! I am going to treat her as if she was a perfectly healthy plant. And yes, I have been spraying during lights on. I will take this advice and try using a syringe to drop the water on the pellet to avoid spraying the seedling. Thank you for that!
