SEEDLING JUST SURFACED IS IT OK?

Hello there Growers
Indeed there was a membrane holding the seedling on itself and preventing it to turn up and get light. After carefully cuting this membrane the seedling started to open itself and turn up on the direction of the lights.

I just came home from work and this is her. As you can see there are two white dots on the leafs. Is this normal? Could it be some kind of fungus?

Just for the record and future references here is my girl at the moment. Sturdy and all.
As it turns out, she was really struggling to free herself from the seed's membrane. I dont think she would have managed to free herself on her own. I ended up doing a small surgery with a needle to cut the membrane holding the cotyledons and one hour later she was already opening up.
I wanna thank you all for the replies and specially to @curious2garden for poiting out what was the problem and helping me.
She opened herself with these two white dots and the leafs, I made a post about it, holping it was not fungus. Some of you said I shoudn't worry about it and I haven't.
But I would still like to understand what are those white dots, so if any of you know, please share.
I will post as often as I can. Its great to be able to count with you guys.
