Hi all

Im in dam at the moment covering the cup for sos :) so no extra promos right now but once this card processor is back up we are going to do some nice promos. Thank you for everyones patience with the card system, it seems a lot of banks have been hit this year, Sos have been hit twice since the company started this is why its taken slightly longer to get back up due to finding a secure processor that doesnt mind what sos sells.

I just made a purchase yesterday should I not have I am worried now... I did the post to pay ( wire transfer ) funds have been taking out of my bank... I see people stating they haven't shipped ?? Well first time customer of SOS and hope all goes well! EM should everything be ok with my order?

I got my order today . super fast shipping . got all my freebies too. bought 3 seeds and got 5 more for free . sweet deal
I paid by cash. mailed that shit . worked out pretty good . no problems

i aint sendin no damn cash... thats asking to get ripped. cant wait until somehow seedbanks inluding sos get their stuff in order. i cant bank with the tude... gonna start seeing that more soon.

my order was just 35$ including 12$ for shipping so I wasn't gonna sweat 35$ if it didn't work out. I would never send cash for anything over 50$

That really sucks man.
It sure does. Got an email back FINALLY saying they'd look into it, but that was almost a week ago and have heard nothing again since and the order still says 'pending'. I really hope it gets sorted soon, my first experience has been a long and frustrating one so far.

I've ordered with no banking problems what so ever. Maybe your card wasn't activated for over seas purchases Smellz.
no no i talked with an operator. it was clear by the wishy washy reasoning that they understand what attitude sells. we've been charged a couple bucks for an international transaction like that many times before. and used the same card to order other overseas things.

its the banks kinda a win win for them except for the lost transaction. their admin and owners would hate attitude probably, or at least be bought into hate somehow. then no seed sales that they can catch wind of.

they claim that they cannot do business with them. we got fraud as the last final answer. a very vague explanation of it too. something along the lines that they have problems with that website and cant do business with them.

its bull is what it is. what ever im making my own strains lately anyways. i have a purple grape ape that is amazing so whatever, and about 50-60 other strains in seed and access to many clones. fuck the bank and if i need seeds that bad ill goto Breeder's Boutique. good folks there.

man i wanna order some seeds.. i only ordered once and i got my seeds no problem. i hope this gets fixed soon, it's the only way i can order atm :(

I'm actually glad I don't use them any more, customer support is gone to shit, no cc payment option and they take off to dam for the cup?

Don't seem to worried about selling beans to me???

I have not received from them yet but so far I am very happy at my experiance.

Email communication has been stellar so far. Transaction was simple. Shipping was lightning fast as far as getti g me a working tracking number.

If they are solid (and that seems so) I will be making a few, I said few more orders from them.

Yes I am very satisfied w sos!! (I know dumb as f) but I sent cash from u.s to them they notified me when they got my cash told me when my o ack was on its was and it arrive within 5 days after they recieved my cash . Yes straight u.s currency I know dumb but they were honest and came thru. Very descret n I'm in the u.s and I love how the pack came. I honestly thought I got ripped then I seen n nice healthy beans ill luk how they turn but I got the purps n sour cherry sstackxskunk nlxnl wwxamnesia and auti purp all nice freebies. Soo far I give them a 6 outta 5 star.. order from them honest peeps. Let yall know how they turn up.. TURP UP!!

So I've still heard nothing since that first email saying they'd look into it. It's almost 2 months since I ordered, it's getting to be a bit of a joke now.

Wow this thread is like the slowest sinking ship I have ever seen.

EM I ordered from you many times in the past and you were always there with help and customer care. Dude honestly wtf is up? Are you just done? No money in beans anymore? Reminds me of a operation that was called speedy seeds, dude started great then like you faded away jacking peeps orders randomly till he was out of business.

Just sucks bad EM because you were always there and now it seems you could give 2 fucks. Shit you dont even do promos amymore dude come on.

Pretty sure he said a while back he would be out of country for a while. .. don't doubt E.M, dude has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion for me(thanks again bud!)... seems patience is a dying virtue...SOS has always been slow with tracking numbers, dispatching ect....but.. ya get ya efin beans

Wow really. I had the exact opposite experience on 7 different occasions. Prompt packaging, a tracking number within 24 hours, and all my emails replied to in 48 hours. Sucks you settle for subpar service but for me I like the way things were before.

I understand completely that I can go elsewhere and that's what I've done but I was just giving EM one last bit of constructive criticism before I completely jumped ship.
