Being held without bond in Cadillac. Hearing tomorrow at 11, until then we don't know and I'm not going to speculate. He has been in the papers and in trouble with the board over certifications.
Dave Crocker is a good doc. Wasn't aware he was still there. I'm coming back to town twice a month, it has been a backwater of my practice for a couple of years and I've decided to make it a major area for my practice again. Looking to get an actual office there.

"9&10 News has learned a local doctor is being accused of misconduct for medical marijuana prescriptions.The Attorney General's Office issued a complaint against Dr. Edward Harwell, owner of Triple M Clinics in Cadillac and Liberty Clinic in Ann Arbor.
The complaint accuses Harwell of prescribing marijuana to patients who didn't need it and not properly evaluating their conditions or maintaining proper medical records.
We reached out to Dr. Harwell, but he would not comment."

too bad-
i don't think we are heading towards colorado. these bills are not some far off thing. they want the money. i bet law makers in michigan don't know anyhting about exploiting an over inflated industry to benefit them with little to no effort on their part. think auto.
full legalization, with medical exemptions, and some type of reasoning the same as the farm act, or referencing it. local producers CANNOT be regulated.
