Yeah you are probably confused a lot, it's ok. Basically, the point I am making, is that the drug war is exporting violence to Mexico. Simply put, that is my problem, the rest are angry utterances that I am sure you want to fixate on and debate and you don't have to like my opinion. The FACT remains, the drug war is not doing the world any good.
Yes Mexico confuses me, they kill each other there and each other here...................Anybody ever been to East Salinas? It's safer to be white walking the gang riden streets there. they know your not trouble:bigjoint: Kinda sweet in a way, you can walk around like yea I'm cool, I'm cool what smoke some mota homes.

So were all of the Generals of the civil war in Liberia. Trained to go help in desert storm told they were not going right before their deployment date. Government collapses and all American trained soldiers are running the chaos.
The protests at the SOA in Fort Benning used to have huge protests years ago, now it is hard to even find info about the protests or the school.

It bothers me to no end that the only thing that interests most Americans about this whole thing is the prostitution scandal. The entire Continent is united in opposition to our trade policies, monetary policies, Cuba Policy and our Drug War. Do you people know that every single Latin American country unanimously opposes the Drug War and asked Obama to end it?

No. First off, where do the drugs go? Who buys it? The fact is, we are waging a war (you know, military, troops, guns, all that friendly shit) when we are the addicts. Secondly, it is our other policies that force them into the drug trade, since they can't profit from other cash crops. Just like alcohol prohibition created Al Capone, the Drug war created Escobar, Guzman and the rest of em. A new approach is needed, preferably one that does not cost hundreds of billions a year in taxpayer money. Thirdly, does it even work? Is it actually keeping people off drugs? The answer is a resounding NO. Drug consumption in the US has increased every single year since it began, in fact the rate at which it has increased, has also increased every single year.

They aren't using the drugs themselves.

Furthermore, legal drugs are responsible for far more deaths. Our drug war only exports violence.

I disagree with the idea that Latin Americas hate the USA or think of it's citizens at Pinche this or thats. If you travel down there and get deep in the small towns. (I travel with a Woman of Color who writes and reads the language. BTW In one day she got a job offer that equates to a Manager's job in a supermarket in the states with more time off there) The people are like most of us, trying to get by and stay out of the crossfire of Religious, Political nuts. Be it a trumped up drug war or inflation on it's citizens to drum up more tax to fund their wars. The difference between them and the US is the US is so disconnected with a days duties that it fears (most, not all) getting back to basics and starving the big US machine. With them they are not so disconnected from that lifestyle. Not all have two cars or even one for that matter. A large house and a rental. So their Gov't has no real heavy hand on them. After all isn't that why you file your return? Afraid of getting a lean on your mortgaged house and or repoing your leased or financed car? Think about it.
I am not saying live like a popper to beat the system, but by playing into the game you are creating your own HELL. Like a Gambler who is always trying to break even. If you are trying to break even, stay poolside and have a cold one! Don't hate the player hate the game. Latino's are just like us. PERIOD! When I say us I mean the backbone of America, the hard working family man who just wants to live and let live.

It is not my choice to have a war with the middle east and allow China to get 75% of Iran's embargoed oil while we pay 4.50 a gallon at the pump. It is not my choice to have TSA at the airport and fund their bullet requisition of an astronomical amount. For what? to go to war with us. The hard workers of America, who WILL overthrow and put things right. Like we did with the British at 10 to 1 in the beginning of this great idea, of free trade with no taxes!

We do not expect another country to come in and wipe our butts and flush our toilets like Israel and the likes of. We do not need another countries army to stop the Tyranny on our people. However some of us are not going to wait around for it and are expatriating, or the likes of. It is coming, just don't be soft when it gets here. Ron Paul is the only one up there with an ounce of integrity and some of you are so brainwashed you stand there like Jesus' apostles when he was being snatched up by the Govt in power. Instead of fighting for a man who had good ideas, with no other motive, other then what he was preaching. You mock him and then grumble in your wife's bosom later.
Love one another. Peace out!

I don't understand your reply it does not translate. Use English please, it is a bit more refined. Example- Lady of Color? Do you know what that means or are you asking what does lady of color mean? Applying protection measures? How does that apply to my statement you quoted? Marea? the waves? and Rosa I do not know. Fantastic that you are bi lingual though.

The Pink Tide refers to the rapid spread of Marxism in Latin America. The woman of color thing was just me pointing out that having a brown girlfriend doesn't really give much insight, although I appreciate your sentiment because I see that you have a good attitude toward Latin American people, so don't take that as criticism. I was talking about policy makers, not the general populace. I typed it in Spanish to demonstrate that I am very well acquainted with the culture.

I very much agree with your sentiments on the people though and also appreciate the time you take to give an honest view on the thread.

Got it...Thanks for the translation of red tide. Yet I was not really commenting towards you, as much as I was commenting towards the narrow minded ones who think that Latin America is responsible for all of the US insurrections.

Marx·ism (märk“s¹z”…m) n.
The political and economic ideas of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, specifically a system of thought in which the concept of class struggle plays a primary role in analyzing Western society in general and in understanding its allegedly inevitable development from bourgeois oppression under capitalism to a socialist society and thence to Communism.

I am not sure if Marxism is true or (Está subiendo la marea Rosa) = red tide is coming up, as much as most folks just want to get by. live and let live and do help one another out. Such as give a neighbor a ride to a Dr's appointment?

When you get into categorizing, grouping or labels you get into Racism.... Viva la hardworkers!

Don't know if you haven't heard, but they cannabis industry wants to take away your seeds and replace them with Sativex. Private cannabis growing will be illegal in Canada very soon.

Are they from the US or are they from Mexico.

The real problem lies with others interfering into others business. Such as US and the rest of the world or Mexico and whatever? Iran and China etc...Who died and left these guys in charge of our lives? What, your Grandfather puts in a school and a road and that gives you the right to tell people what they can put in their bodies? Not you, YOU.. but the ones in charge or so they think they are....This starts another topic and rant that has been going on ever since the first man wanted power and the others let him have it. Again love one another and don't get caught up in the reward money.

The US economic policy for ALL OF LATIN AMERICA not just Mexico, is Mercantilism. These "free-trade" agreements are designed to rob nations of wealth and bring it to the US, (just like British colonial strategy for centuries) but they would rather trade with China now. Even Peru has faster growth than we do now. We only have right wing governments in Colombia, Chile and Mexico and even they sided with the rest of Latin America in the most recent Summit.

We are losing our business partners because they don't like colonialism. Our propaganda machine is fairly effective in Mexico so if that is the only Latin American nation you are familiar with, you may not see the problem I am referring to
