I think we only disagreed over how Latin America sees ours policies, and it is only because I wasn't concise enough in my description, but I was angry and baked. I didn't want to give the impression that I didn't appreciate your viewpoint.

When you state Latin America you mean their Govt. Like when people say USA means their Govt. When I state Latin America I refer to the people or the folks. I don's state the USA rather I write the US Govt. ~Semantics
