I never thought I’d have trouble finding canning jars in the store! Everyone is OUT; or, don’t even carry them in the store; they have to be bought online.
So, while harvesting the largest harvest I’ve had
, we ran out of one quart jars & had to order them. Not only do you have to order them, but even on Amazon, the soonest I could get them is Oct 2nd-7th.
My question is:
In the meantime, is it better to put them in a (large?) air-tight container (like a 5 gal plastic bucket with lid) or paper bags? I’ve heard of paper bags before & wondered.
We have a humidity problem & my stuff isn’t drying well anyway, so I am stuck on this ....the humidity in the house with the AC on is usually around 47%, but today it’s 75%, so I’m not getting anywhere.
Any ideas as to which would preserve the buds at a good level of humidity is welcomed
.
thanks!
