Maybe not, BUT the POTUS does nominate judges to the SCOTUS. And that my friend does have a daily impact on us all.

The people really running the show aren't nominated by anyone. You'll never know who they are. I think that's what NoDrama means. Like I was telling my wife the other day. The Majority of day to day governmental operations has nothing to do with the Supremes. The only time the Supreme really matters is when some president wants to do a end run around the Constitution.
