Problems. Please Help

4 plants, 2 clones and 2 seedlings. Transplanted yesterday from aeroponic cloner with cfl to hydroponic/aeroponic resevoir under a 250w metal hallide bulb roughly 20 inches away. Every one of these plants were upright and healthy looking in the cloner. Am I being impatient?
One more thing... I had a couple leaves start to show some yellow and a few turn a super rich green color. My pH is 5.5-6.0 and ppm is around 650.

Update: Leaves have continued to yellow so I'm leaning toward nitrogen overdose. Can anyone validate this?

Yellow leaves would not be the result of to much N .. if anything its a shortage

They look hungry to me , Try misting them a bit .

you say your ph is 5.5 -60 ... which is it ? .... and your PPM is Around ? 650 ... you guessing dude ?

Might want to just back off the light a bit untill they harden off

did you take them out of the cloner where it had plenty of moisture in there on the leaves and put them directly under a light with no moisture on the leaves? It has to be a slow process bro. It looks to me"because i have done it" that your plants are use to having the humidity and now they were put in a dry grow situation over night. I would get a dome over them and try to rehidrate them a little. I would garantee that is your problem.

Are you pumps working correctly (Floods and drains about every 30- 60 mins. You should put the light as high as you can get it for a couple of days so they can get used to the different light. I've experienced this before. Honestly, I think you should continue using cfl lighting on them until they get about 8 nodes tall. + Id lower the ppm to 400.

I have since raised the mh bulb. It's about 25" away from the plants. I have flushed/diluted the ppm down to 375ish. pH is 5.5. To the gentlemen who was asking if I was guessing, my test equipment fluctuates around those numbers. I was not "guessing".

The plants are continuously getting fed by the bubble system in the resevoir. I'm opting not to use the drip system anymore because I don't think these guys are old enough to require it.

I'm still having a hard time figuring out how this is NOT nute burn. I have a combination of super rich green leaves and yellow w/ burnt tips. Does this not signify the plant got an overload on nitrogen? Help!!! LOL! First grow and having problems already.

IMO they need to be 18-24 inches away....

Do you have any fans in your growing area? Looks like the little one is stretching a bit...try placing a couple of cfl's down low so the tiny one isn't reaching to get to the light.

looks to me that it is under watered like that one guy said the about the dome. i wouldnt use nutes at all yet but thats just me.

Far. You'll know when it's too far because your plants will stretch. Right now they're getting cooked by it. Get a humidity dome too.

Don't worry about nutrients, it's too soon, especially for seedlings.

Thanks again for the information guys. I have a question though... Since it is a hydro/aero setup (air stones make bubbles that rise to top AND a drip system), isn't the plant getting water from the bubbles even if I don't use the drip system?
