Your plant does look like it has a mag sef but not from too little, From too much! Due to buildup of the salt your roots can't absorb the nutes they need. You should listen to everyone's suggestion's and flush!!!

epsom salt- magnesium sulphate will not cause any problems the way u are using it
OG hates humidity what is your humidity sitting at mostly? in soil/soiless mix the OG will like to dry out between watering also good drainage and well aerated soil is a must with OG and other Afgani types hope this helps good growing
