PPM problems

I’ve been growing in the same happy frog potting soil from veg to flower. I’ve been watering every other day and feeding every other watering at half the dosage recommended by GH trio. It’s been going good, the buds could be a little bigger I think for day 36 of flower. Now that I have a PPM meter I’ve noticed mine is really low. My tap water is 72 The full dose of GH was 269, and when I doubled the dosage and it was 447. Should I crank it up until around 1200 PPM or just follow the bottles dosages? FYI I took these photos a few days ago and have since corrected the Calcium deficiency

I don’t have the other product lines but that’s the numbers I’ve come up with for doses On the back of the trio.

What week? I don't use the others either but starting koolbloom next week you should grab some of that. Plan on 10 weeks flower

This is the chart I use, I actually started with all the products listed on the sheet for my first grow. Now I am just using the trio with Calmag and ArmorSi. My current plant is quite happy. I was using half strength and now use about 1/3 strength. I stopped looking at the PPM's they speak of. Now I just mix and than adjust PH.

I find with GH less is more. Here is my current plant using about 1/3 strength. It takes up my whole 5x5 tent.

I have since moved the net up to deal with the heavy leaning colas but she doesn't seem to be crying for food.

Word up! I’ll probably just use that method. Are you growing in soil? Do you feed every watering?
She is growing in coco and I feed daily. She drinks about a gallon or so a day at this point in a 5 gallon fabric pot. She is a thirsty girl.

Awesome. My next grow I’m definitely switching to coco. I just have no idea why my ppm are sooo low
Welcom to RIU :bigjoint: I had the same issue, I decided to stop looking at the bottle and watch the plant instead. It will tell you if anything is lacking. I grow in coco because I like the idea of having total control over what it is fed. I use around 75% coco, 25% perlite. That ensures I cannot over water and there is always O2 in root zone.

i made a little thing to guide me for when i start gh i don't know how accurate the ppm is but i did use renfros calc for it so i might be good. will most likely be changing this up a bit. a nice baseline for me at least i hope.
