Imo you can do it one of two ways.
You can use a gentle sprinkler attachment and rain-wash your plants just before the cut.
Or, just after the cut, you can immerse and gently move the branches in question in a tub of water, maybe even with a drop or two of Ivory or another pure soap in there. The trichomes stay on unless you get bubble bag intense. cn
This is the last post I'll make in this forum about the subject because I don't feel it's the proper forum for this kind of crap.
The truth is, I don't have a damn clue about the drama of your plants getting jacked, but I will admit to saying I wouldn't blame anyone on this forum for pulling your shit out of the pots and leaving them there on principle alone. You can't be a forum snitch whining to the moderators every time you disagree with someone and think you'll get respect. Your cocky immature attitude and the way you treat others on the forums has pissed many people off. Ripping your plants out of the ground and leaving them is not stealing dipshit, it's called a bitch slap! If you treat people in real life like you do in this forum, I wouldn't put it past someone actually doing it.

i'm just getting to the two plants that had mite problems. so far, the mites that were on the ones i harvested just climbed to the top of the branch and i've been able to just wipe them off with a wet paper towel.
with the more infested ones, i will be hanging them on the clothesline and spraying them off before i bring them in, and they will be air dried inside with a ton of moving air. after that i'll trim like normal.
the rains are a coming and i need this second batch to dry by tonight/tomorrow morning so i can debranch it and bring in the rest before the cold, wet weather hits on friday morning. it'll be close, i might end up washing off the mites with some assistance from the rain on friday. we'll see.
in any case, i'm very excited that i will get to sleep inside again. 4+ months camping in the backyard.

and now to address your lies: you expressed the hope that the plants would be stolen, not ripped. also, you described exactly how you would steal them.
now, keep in mind that the plants are so damn rooted that they can not be pulled out of the ground, and your 6 garbage bag and 3 minute idea would have gotten you a miniscule amount of what was in there. this is another clue that you have never grown outdoors and that picture of the abused, neon yellow twig is probably out of your daddy's photo album, kiddo.

A buddy has been fighting mites and when he dries, he hangs the branches on twine. As they dry, the mites tend to migrate upwards towards the stem/string then he shop vac's them off.

and it's over. the rain came today. i was up at 9 and worked until 5:30 or so trimming in the rain. i got most everything inside. i ran out of room and had to leave about a QP worth of popcorn out there. oh well.
hot shower, warm meal, and a week worth of trimming left.

Just did a 10 hour shift today trimming. Had to stand the last hour.
Not one single worm this year. You? Lost about 2 zips wet from spot mold/rot is all. Had problems with PM even though we had epic weather.
I sprayed BT ever 5 days until last 3 weeks off flower. Also used bug zaper that killed 46 moths in about 4 weeks. (I tied bucket under zapper to block light and count moths)
Next year my carport sides will be some kind of Mosquito Netting. Going for 2 monsters in native soil like 2009 and avatar. And then 4 in 60g smartpots. This is my last year growing 12 plants for 6 is all I need. Perhaps I can do 6 auto's though.
What your thoughts on one of these to kill PM? Been reading lots of talk but no facts yet.

today was my "off day".
i ended up taking down indoor plants for 7 hours that were more than ready. they had to go.
just a busy time of year.

im enjoying the way i trimmed this year. I trim all the fan leaves and larger flower leaves off right after harvest. Leave the smaller sugar leaves on and hang up my sections of plants. Let them dry, usually takes atleast a week. then, trim and cure. Or, what iv'e done, is if the buds are dry and i don't have time, or just dont feel like trimming at the moment, i cut all the buds off the main stem into smaller more managable buds, and begin the cure with the leaf still on it. As of now I'm likeing it so much better than fresh trimming.

just got done with another 12 hour trimming session. i am almost at the end.
i got a slamming deal on a 18x24 tarp to cover the greenhouse once again, just to keep it dry for the ducks and chickens (and cat) during the winter.
surprisingly enough, the 1/2 plant i left to rot has not rotted yet despite the weather. i will probably saw it off at the stump and hang it whole tomorrow once i get done with the last of trimming. i will consider the 4-6 ounces left on that bitch as bonus.
as for now, another bowl before bed.
and i can't wait for the vacation we have upcoming. well earned, it can not come soon enough.
