picture please

Hi i have some seeds in tissue paper in a plastic bag and a couple are starting to sprout, what i would like to know is how big the sprouting should be before i put them into pots (if that makes sense)
And could someone possibly put a picture up or direct me to one so i can compare

once the tap root shows you can plant it. the reason you germinate them in a paper towel is to be sure the seed will germinate thats all. Once you know the seed is good and there is a tap root plant it.

How long before i should see some growth? and start with just water ?
they are in soil by the way
