It will need more light period.
5 to 6 hours of light is not enough.
Hey thanks but that was just direct like full on sun shining on it however being technical
The sunrise is at 4:51 am sunset at 6:11 pm
So its getting all the sun but not full on all the time but yeah thats a general idea of how much its getting is that okay or should i try supplementing and bringing it inside at night for more light??

Autos “ technically “ begin flowering under their own built in time clock ( thanks to the ruderalis line ) regardless of light cycle
HOWEVER .... you must provide as much light up front for them to root , structure and setup for flower as much as you can.
Autos thrive well under 24/0 , 20/4 or 18/6 but can also be run under 16/8. The typical 12/12 schedule for flowering is never recommended when growing autos , due to fact the the AUTOS very short veg stage ( typically about 5 weeks from germ to transition)
And that’s WHY you need to throw as much light at autos as you can.

Autos can be grown outdoors but like longer days ( summer ) .... they also don’t like low temps ( day or night ).
Autos will stunt , drag or flower unexpectedly because of stressors it may face .....

If you could bring in .... at a minimum , throw it under CFL or T5 lamp .... they are easy on power bills ( even at 18/6 ) and will keep the plant thriving. It’s looks young ... you can probably save it and let it get acclimated to a more comfortable interior environment.

I won't grow anything else outside...My patience is way to short for that!!!
