Here's a quick picture of Athena out of the tent for the reservoir change I just finished:

04DECaandi 004.jpg I really wasn't expecting her to get this big - Isis is the perfect size for the tent and is what I was expecting for Athena as well... but I guess this is one of those good problems to have. Reservoir changes are a stressful undertaking because I don't want to break any branches at this point. Athena has new branches growing out downwards and *below* the lowest mature branch node - those branches are now hanging over the lid edge...

This is in the second week of 12/12. =D

Will do a reservoir change on Isis tomorrow. There was only about a gallon left in the bottom of Athena's bucket even though I topped it off a few days ago. The last gallon was crystal clear as well so bumped her on up to 10 tablespoons of PBP:B (100% label).

Oh and thanks for the previous comments guys.

Wow I am speechless about how large Athena is.....is she crossed with a Oak Tree or what? Damn TAO +REP for maximizing your limited space with such a monster!

I thought for sure that the second topping that Athena went through would have slowed her down a bit... Isis was topped once and I was expecting her to be taller than Athena. Crazy. I guess these plants really like to be topped...

When I 1st looked at the pic I thought it was both Isis and Athena and then I looked again and you had Athena so I was like Holy shipski that is just Athena....Damn! I really hope you can mix MD and her to see what happens.....LOL

I'll be crossing them definitely. The only reason that would stop me from doing so would be if I or you get any hermies from those batches of seeds. But considering you have a batch of those seeds going already, we'll know if there is any real propensity towards hermaphroditism before I even begin to start the breeding grow. I'm *really* hoping there's some Blueberry in there - that possibility got me even more excited about crossing them.

Reservoir change on Isis. 10 tbsp PBP:B.

Purchased a liquid transfer pump for doing reservoir changes from here on out so I won't have to remove them from the tent at all. Had to tie down 5 meristems on Athena - her tallest cola was starting to yellow right under the bulb - no other choice. Light is over 6' high now at the highest position. Athena was a little under 6' from bucket to top before I tied her down tonight.

Too busy to get pics, but here's some from yesterday:

Just for comparison showing the first two weeks of stretch in 12/12, this is them on 11/20 when I started flowering (20 days ago). Athena is on the left:

This is just Athena on 12/04 (6 days ago):

Dont know why but when I see this Stinky Pinky the leaves and the form of them remind me of Athena, what do you think? DO you have to drop the temp at the end to get them pink or is it just natural? Educate me Tao on the pink pistils please (PPP)?

Hey bro, there are both genetic and environmental reasons (temperature, pH, and nutrient uptake) that you see different colors going on in plants. But temperature and pH both impact nutrient uptake so outside of genetic reasons... it usually comes down to just nutrient uptake or the lack there-of. Aluminum uptake plays a huge role in the color of flowers and pistils in most plants (uptake which is impacted by pH and availability). Not sure how much a role aluminum plays a role w/ cannabis but I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same story.

Noticed some drooping leaves on Athena while checking on her this evening. Her 5-gallon bucket was bone dry even though I topped her off 2 days ago... So:

Reservoir change for Athena @ 11 tablespoons PBP:B. Foliar sprayed w/ light cal. bentonite solution.

Eye level picture after pulling the colas down/over:

Your going to need a stepping stool to harvest her down. I think you should play some Guns n Roses "Welcome to the Jungle" when your havesting in the future. Wow that is a beautiful plant, so many branches hopefukky Athena takes a little stretch break for you. Nice work Tao.

Edit: I am not changing how I spelled "hopefully"....too wasted! LOL

Athena is killing me and I just want the grow to finish now. I'm afraid to open the tent every morning. lol

Here's some random pictures while I was tying her down (again):
[Notice how small Isis is in comparison... and the size I expected Athena to be as well.]

Flowering is going to take longer than I originally thought with them but it's progressing (side meristem):

And a little bad news:

13decisisaathena 010.jpg

But at least it's just a bend and not a break - the meristem turned up to the light within a couple of hours and are more where it came from anyway so not going to stress it.

Also a cold front made finally made it down and it's getting down to freezing tonight so brought ALL the plants from the porch inside:
