Legislators pass a bill... Once it is passed, regulations are written to enforce the legislation.
It isnt in the bill. It is in the 20,000 pages of legislation that has sprung from the bill..

Actually for the next few years it would make more economical sense to NOT have insurance. You can't be denied access based on pre-existing conditions so if it's cheaper to wait until you need it... You could say that right now only a moron would pay full price for insurance

They will use there super duper calculator and subtract what you owe, and if you have any of your tax return left....Thats what you will be getting in the mail............The IRS dosen't have to attempt anything..........There the one's writing the checks..............nitro..
