If you owe the feds money do you really think they will not keep your tax returns?...........They don't have to put that in a bill...they have been taking people's tax returns for money owed for a long time......Thats why the IRS is part of Obama Care..........nitro..

i gave you a link to a summary of the bill, you should be able to easily peruse the penalties for noncompliance with the fine and tell me what they are.

how many single people making $56k do you know who don't insure themselves?

how many 4 person families making $92k a year do you know who don't insure themselves?

these will be the thresholds for the fines. otherwise, health care will be subsidized and thus less expensive for anyone below that level.
