What happens when your local dispensary refuses your pot even though it meets all of their criteria, because they have a surplus, or some other shitty excuse..?
Will the state then get involved and help you move it by burning it? Do you think they won't keep track of the growers who sell to dispensaries.. Most likely the dispensary will offer to take it off your hands for a pittance.. I'm sure they won't give a grow license and let you sell wherever you want.. Most likely your vendor will be identified for you. That way they'll be better able to keep track of what you sell, and grow.. There's always a hook buried in everything, somewhere, that's gonna help keep you under their thumb.... To think otherwise is just sticking your head in the sand, refusing to believe you will get screwed in some way..
Think twice before you apply for that license.. It's just like an ankle bracelet in that it keeps the states foot on the neck of the growers.. A legalization petition should be started now, with the realization the state will do everything it can to block it.. A full out effort of a legalization petition might change the States attitude about who can grow... Most likely not..
