yeah i decided to lolipop instead of top.. i have never really topped my plants before..
is that some thing you do in veg or the begining of bud?

theese plants are supposed to stay fairly short i mean in 2 weeks they have hardly stretched and have grown maybe 5 inches.. they should stay under 3 ft so the light should penetrate with no problem.

yeah bro its done during veg... I have topped a bud before and ended up with 3 tops... But thats just scary shit....lol... Topping and fimming is a technique that is discussed in the FAQ's and i would recommend you checking it out... Or you can just check out my journal.... I talk about it in there ... But basically the more tops the more bud... its all about using that prime light .... I like to top/fim once when there are about 3 or 4 nodes anout 3 or 4 inches tall and then again once those branches have grow 2 nodes.... it will make 6-8 nice tops instead of just 1...

yeah the bg is bubble gum or bubblicious from nirvana is the true strain.. i will say it is a bit watered down for a bubble gum but in a good way i believe.. well for me anyway cause it leans more to its slight sativa heritage (probably cut original with some skunk).. so i am cool with it..
next up though its all about the grapefruit...these last minute editions to my grow have turned out to be the jewels..
theblue dynamite is doing ok..but the nute hungy hard buddin grapefruit from next generation is going to be the star..

my silverhaze pheno is from greenhouse and is really haze dominant , spicy sandalwood taste,wispy bud, hairy as french girl on a camping trip,it is something special..to keep around...
 
update these plants needed some food i changed the rez saturday night ,,,cause while trying to ajust the ph i royally fucked it and decided to just start over..
i use 90ml gmb, 4tsp big bud, 60 ml cal mag. ec was at (gulp) 1.5 and these plants are lovin it the leaves are still soft and supple. i can tell the skunk plants are on the edge, but the bg and the gf are eatin it up seriously.. checked the ec today it is 1.372 wich means they are eatin it up faster than they are using water...sweeeeettttt..
the deep forest green color of the gf leaves is starting to return , and budsites are going nuts will post pictures later

so got my christmas present early as you can see. a new lumatek 400 watt digital ballast,and hortilux eye blue bulb.. to replace the magnetic ballast and hps red light i had in the veg room/mother suite...
i feel so fancy


ok the other christmas gift was two weeks into flower and my grapefruit plants allready have trichs on them check it..
i thinkthis grapefruit strain is going to be the one strain thats going to say fuck everything else..

you should be able to put the light closer... It seems a little distant...

yeah its fixed to the top shelf of the cab so it dont move so well haha..
and i dont want those mums going nuts in there..gotta keep em kinda low and slow...when the babies go in they will be about 17 inches closer to the light .
thanks for lookin out man its so nice to have people tryin to help perfect stuff much appreciated..

yeah man we are all in this together right .so many people cant take advice, compliments, or constructive crtisism,, man if you think i am doin somthing and you can better how i am doin it i wanna know...i may or may not take your advice, but i love well thought out advice..

so you tried to top that clone and it just kept growing straight up wow..what strain is that one.. it looks lovely..
i had to lst my ssh that is in with the mix now it stayed low as could be ..
i just went over to your side and its lookin good over there man...keep it up
what do you think is causing those rusty spots on the leaves of that clone you have pictured..?

Dude, I cant wait for the 7 days update... I went ahead and started chopping off the leaves that were not doing shit anymore... you know those ones that are as big as they get..dark green and red stems... ready to be chopped... anyway... youll see my next pics man... the buds have grow allot...(in just 1 day lol )... Its not a tent full of salad anymore...

i went crazy last time pulling leaves.hahaha my plants were almost manicured at harvest.. so i have done a little reserch and i am leaving more of the leaves on this time,,,they are little sugar factories those leaves are.. but i still like to keep em nice and clean cut....lol
 
ohhhhhhh yeah uhuh ohhh yeah mmmm mmmm hell yeah...
so here are the absolute done flushed well, dryed good, cured nice bg buds.. they are some of the smoothest buds i have ever smoked..a proper flush is a must...sweet sweet and more sweet,, a slight hint of like that rubbery bulbble gum taste , like when you have chewed hubba bubba to long and it gets that no flavor bubblegum taste , if that makes sense. and its not a bad thing it is bg after all and that flavor mailes it in as what it is... and that is good..lovely , wonderful , perfect specimine of bg, the best an amature could hope for. the buzz is all over the place . vape a little you kinda space out for a bit then get really active kinda weird.. vape alot lay on down cause you are out.. b+ all around deffinately worth the 12 quid i payed for the seeds...good job nirvana, but i gotta go to a bigger league and i think that this grapefruit will be a heavy hitter.
