New to growing! Need some advice!

Hello everyone!

Knowing a friend who has just come back from Amsterdam with a handful of seeds, they like the idea of starting a small- to medium-scale grow operation. They're not sure where to start but would love some advice from people who have done it before. Here is what is in the inventory as of now:

~1 Ice seed
~1 White Widow seed
~1 Fruit Spirit seed
~3 Super Silver Lemon Haze seeds
~3 Honey Cream seeds
(All from Royal Queen Seeds)

~1 2x4 grow tent
~2 300W GalaxyHydro Full Spectrum LED lights

They have an extra bedroom to set up tents and would be open to buying more of the same or larger sizes of tents and lights. Would like to keep cost minimal but understands that sometimes investments are necessary. They would like to have them on a cycle so they're harvesting as much as possible every month or two, creating clones when needed. What they are wondering is how to start this whole ordeal. They understand the risk of any or all of the seeds not sprouting, which is why they don't want to go balls out on lighting and tents just yet. There are unlimited options when growing, so some examples of good systems would be a great help. For example, do they plant all three Honey Creams in the 2x4 (assuming they all sprout)? Soil or hydro? Do they plant one of three different seeds in the 2x4 and make that into a mother tent, then take clones from each and grow each set of clones in their own tent? Can they put more than 3 plants in a 2x4? Do they only grow one strain at a time so they can get to know how it behaves, what it likes, and what it doesn't like? Do they grow them all at once so they can clone what they want, when they want? The list of questions is endless.

The more they read and research the more naive they feel, so they'd really just like some general guidance on where to go given what they have now. They realize it will likely be awhile before seeing real results, and while experience is the best teacher, ignorance can be detrimental. Thanks in advance!

1) yes
2)promix/organicare dry fertilizer, follow directions
3)sure, its a personal tent. I clone from a clone from a clone hundreds of times without issue
4)yes
5)forty plants can go into that tent depending upon size of plants, yield expectations, resources provided
6)meh, sure if you got the time. by the time you figure it all out you'll be bored of those strains anyways.
they'll behave differently every grow because you're resources will be changing, like woops, I actually do need better lights, uhoh, I better go gung ho on atmosphere controls, a dehuey, an ac unit, a dedicated controlled drying space, some odor control fans/stink socks, more air movement.

germinate seed, plant in cups, up pot to gallons, choose flowering pot sizes, clone copies, flower plants, repeat.
