Hello
Im a new grower and things have been going well. My grow is organic with living soil, this morning i did a top dress with some compost and a watering. After a couple of hours i checked on my plant and found hundreds of these with bugs. They're not flying more like jumping around

any help would be greatly appreciated

According to google
"Springtails eat bacteria, fungi, lichens, algae and decaying vegetation, fertilizing the soil in the process. Some feed on carrion, and a few carnivorous species eat other springtails and small invertebrates."

I didnt see any on the plant it self, only on the dirt. But i was freaked out opening my tent and seeing them all over the dirt. I guess i'm going to let them ride out, I imagine their numbers will stabilize

A quick soak with 4:1 (water/h2o2) ratio of 3% h2o2 will kill them off if they bother you that much.
